I had a bad experience at a dealer in my neighborhood who told me he had in stock what I had seen online and, once I reached his dealership a couple hours later, he told me that car had actually sold over the past weekend but he had something else I might like. I was NOT happy and left with a bad attitude. After talking with Rob Milani, the used car manager at Continental Acura in Naperville, I felt confident again that there were people out there that cared what the customer wanted and were not just trying to sell the oldest cars on their lot. Rob was very patient with me as I asked more than the average amount of questions and was more than happy to let me test drive as many vehicles that I liked over a couple weeks. When I had narrowed down my choices, Rob introduced me to Jeff Schlenger in sales. Jeff picked up right where Rob left off. He was very knowledgeable and listened more than he talked - a skill that I think is going away in sales! Jeff helped me figure out the perfect used car that fit our budget and really helped us through the entire process. In fact, a few weeks a after I bought the car I had a question about something and Jeff told me to come right in and was able to check out my issue immediately that same day. I highly recommend the used car staff at Continental Acura and will refer them to all my friends and family. More

The service team helps me take care of it and the lifetime free car washes are a fabulous perk!!! Scheduling service appointments is quick and easy, and I appreciate the reminder emails for upcoming service appointments. Continental Acura of Naperville has my business for life. The service department has won my heart. It is always the same familiar faces that greet me, and they go above and beyond to make me feel like I'm their only customer. I don't know how they do it! They call me by my first name, and Shirley even went so far to call me a few days ago to tell me that the car wash was back up and running. I don't know of another dealership that takes such great personal care of their customers. Shirley is the big duck at the desk, always smiling to the customers and making sure their check out experience is easy. More

Chris Papo has been my main service man (my go to guy) ever since I purchased my first Acura. I have since purchased 2 more Acuras not only because I like the vehicles but because of the great service, support and service personnel making Continental Acura of Naperville my dealership. I like going to a dealership where they know my name and we can talk business and chat about ever day things that go on in our lives. I also would like to give a shout out to Shirley Defino the best receptionist that alway greets me with a smile and a big hello. Her friendliness lets you know that you are more then just another customer and she always goes above and beyond by making sure I know how many loyalty points are in my account and what value the points will bring to me on that given day. This is especially due to my personal sales consultant, Mr. Greg Pew. I have purchased 5 Acura vehicles within a 20 year time period, and all were done with his help and assistance. I am sincerely being honest when I say, he made everything easier. From the decision making process, to the financial logistics, to setting up my personal settings in preparation for driving my new vehicle off the lot, Greg was much more than a salesman. He listens, pays attention to detail, and asks pertinent questions all in an effort to make his customers happy. That, in my opinion, makes him the consummate professional. As a result, I know when I'm in the market for a new vehicle, I should look no further than Greg Pew at Continental Acura. Because all my questions will be answered. Not so with Greg Pew at Continental Acura in Naperville. Greg (and assistant Sharon) were recommended to me by a friend as being 'honest and reliable'. From my first phone call through the delivery of my new RDX and post-sales follow up, I have been treated with respect and genuine concern. The price was fair, Greg's product knowledge is outstanding, the test drive was helpful and the delivery was timely. This place makes car buying the way it should be.
