My sister and my nephews bought a car from these people. I do not recommend going here for anything they are currently going to be under investigation for false inspections and lemon law. After buying a 201 I do not recommend going here for anything they are currently going to be under investigation for false inspections and lemon law. After buying a 2015 Cadillac SRX from this dealership, and only having it for 31 days, the check engine light came on. She took it to Cadillac to see what code it was throwing and get a full diagnostic on the vehicle since it was under warranty. She was told by Cadillac that the car needed a new timing chain, spark plugs, lower control arm and bushings, r/r axel leaks, and rear toe link separation on top of needing a full alignment. With this diagnosis, the car should’ve never been inspected which it was by the dealer itself. After addressing these concerns with Advanced auto and having them look at it, we was told that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that she had driven over the miles for the oil change which was causing her check engine light to come on; mind you she had the oil checked at Cadillac and it’s documented that when she brought it in to get the diagnosis, it had 40% oil life on the car. On top of that, advanced auto cleared the engine code so when we took it back to Cadillac to get things fixed after giving advanced auto the chance to make things right. With them cleaning the code the warranty company almost didn’t fix her timing chain because there was no longer a code on the vehicle. Since advanced auto told her they would not fix these things and that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, she had the timing chain fixed at Cadillac under warranty. She also had all the spark plugs replaced which was not covered under warranty. After all of this and having to contact advanced autos owner, Advanced agreed that they would fix the lower control arm, fix the axel leaks and do the full alignment which shouldve beeen done after doing control arms anyways and that they were sorry for the issues since this should’ve been done before inspecting the vehicle. She let advanced auto try make it right by fixing those things and with her putting her trust in them, they messed her car up even more. They changed the upper controls arms instead of the lower which were cracked and then didn’t do an alignment of the vehicle. When she got the car back with the word from them it was safe to drive, she drove it home to almost drive off the road, 8 months pregnant. The steering wheel was cocked to the left going straight, and would pull you to the right if you straighten the wheel to where it should be. On top of that a new service light popped up stating to service the stabilitrak system, and the traction control light is now on the dash as well. Let’s just say this place is being reported and I will be getting an attorney to fix these wrongs. I do not recommend getting a vehicle through this dealer. They lie, and just throw an inspection sticker on anything. She bought a car she thought was safe only to find out it wasn’t. If you want to avoid this kind of hassle I recommend going anywhere else but here! she have now been stuck with this vehicle have had it for only one year and it’s been under repair for most of that time. Timing chain, then the differential, driveshaft, rear axel leaks, transmission leak.. do not buy a car from these people. She bought a crap car now we are being told they will not follow through with fixing my car under the warranty she paid for because they’ve maxed out the amount they can cover on everything that’s been wrong with the car. Unbelievable. Right before Christmas she was left without a car with her two little boys and have been battling cancer. More
