Poor customer service after you get a vehicle from them I just leased my 2017 Jeep Compass back in January so there for I have had it a little over 5 months. I went to the company (Midas, that I'm very loy I just leased my 2017 Jeep Compass back in January so there for I have had it a little over 5 months. I went to the company (Midas, that I'm very loyal to) that has treated me and the company that I work for great for many years to have my oil changed. Well the guys at Midas noticed that my power steering was leaking and that I should have Adamson's check it out. So I drove straight there. Walked in and was directed to go talk to one of the service techs (Terry Moses), I started to explain to him what was going on and he was like, you went somewhere else for an oil change with this absolutely rude look on his face and rolled his eyes at me. He was a complete jerk and very unprofessional. So I told him to just forget it and I'll go talk to the salesman that I got my Jeep from. Then of course he wasn't there today so I started to explain to another salesman (Al Pettey) how rude the service guy was to me and explained to him what was going on, and then he was a complete jerk as well, saying why would you go somewhere else and have your oil changed, we give the first 4 to you for $80 some dollars. And he was a complete jerk to me as well. Then when we started to walk back to the service department to set up an appointment I was telling him that I need my car back by Saturday cause I'm going up North and he looked at me like I was stupid and in rude way said "its only Tuesday" Oh that was it!!! I was like you guys are pieces of work here and so I got in my car left! I can not believe they are that bent out of shape because I had a $28 oil change somewhere else....If this is how they treat there customers then Adamson's doesn't need my business in the future.....treating your customers that way is down right unprofessional and inappropriate! Especially over an oil change!!! Seriously!!! More

From the moment I walked in the door, his friendly, caring demeanor attracted me and I felt very comfortable having him help me search for the perfect car. Since I wasn't sure what brand or model would work best for me, I requested driving many different vehicles that were on the lot over several days. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining things to me and I am grateful that he helped me through the process of choosing the right vehicle for me.
