I don't expect my car to leave looking like it has been scrubbed with a toothbrush but at least looking like water was used. My windows, mirrors, front grill and bumper were all missed. This has been typical of most times when they have offered the wash. If they are too busy to do the wash then either quit offering or give a low end voucher for a local car wash.
