Attempted to purchase a vehicle through one of their on-line resources, TrueCar. The vehicle had "factory installed" options according to the salesman, "aftermarket options" according to the manager. While all of these options were clearly listed on the website they claim they were not, or at least not considered when offering the out-the-door price. Either way, they refused to honor the online quote, which was specific to the VIN and stock#. Call it bait and switch, call it whatever you want, at the end of the day they have zero integrity, and simply play games to get you in the door. More

We planned to visit multiple dealerships, but ended up visiting just ONE! Ben Lewis @Adams Toyota in LS was phenomenal from start to finish and gave us the best buying experience. (I should also mention they bought a previous vehicle here in 2013, but Ben didn't help them, and it was an OK experience then) My mother was the Driver, my step-dad was the Buyer, and at home. Ben went the extra step of coming to our house to accommodate the Buyer, and both Mom and Pops were VERY pleased with everything. I did negotiate a bit, and Ben made sure everything was taken care of..... but the deal was reasonable to begin with. I'll be going back to see Ben when I'm ready for my TUNDRA! More

I test drove a 2020 4Runner Limited today. The salesman couldn’t answer questions about the full time 4wd, that it utilizes a center differential to add power as needed to the front wheels.
