Worst Service Appt. In My Life I came in to get four new tires and since I was in for that added the 30,000 mile service 1,500 miles early. Made the appt. 2 wks. in advance giving I came in to get four new tires and since I was in for that added the 30,000 mile service 1,500 miles early. Made the appt. 2 wks. in advance giving them tire preference and info. Called two days prior to appt. to verify tires were in shop, they said they were. Checked in that morning 8:30 a.m. and was assured the tires were in shop. At 10:30 a.m. tech came to tell me 30,000 service was done, but tires weren't delivered yet and could I wait. I was furious and explained I'd called two days prior and was told tires were in, that I was also told that morning tires were in. I said if I'd known tires weren't in I wouldn't have had the 30,000 service 1,500 miles early. Tech apologized, I said basically two different people lied to me and took advantage making me wait 2 hrs. knowing the tires weren't in the shop. Tech said tires would arrive any minute. At 11:30 a.m. tech came and said, oh the tires still aren't here and even if them came now we couldn't have you out of here by your noon deadline. I had them remount the existing tires and told them I would never use their dealership again. Total of three people lied and they took advantage doing the 30,000 service when they knew my priority was the tires. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and will never go there again. I've been here before. I put down a deposit and said I wanted the aftermarket starter installed before I Picked it up. The issue came when I had to wait for the vehicle I wanted to come in. I was told Monday or Tuesday. No problem. No word so I called on Tuesday. Wednesday or Thursday. OK. Thursday vehicle is in and I clean out my trade in and head down to pick up the vehicle. The car came in from another city and had 450 miles on it. The remote start wasn't installed and when I wasn't happy they wanted me to tell them what would make me happy. My "NEW" car buying experience had just been shot to xxxx and I didn't have a good feeling about it anymore so I had them credit me back and I left. I will buy my new vehicle somewhere else. It also smelled as though someone had smoked in the new vehicle. Never again will I darken this dealers door. More

The worse sales experience we have dealt with. You dont tell people that a deal is done and are reassured by the sales person , his boss and GM that the deal is complete. Finalize all paperwork and leave to be told on Monday afternoon to return the car unless we have $ 12,000 ! The salesman did his job but to be told numerous times and we questioned the fact that we were upside down in our car that due to outstanding credit score with 0 % the new car would be financed. Do NOT WASTE your time with this dealership. I was the impression that since this was a USAA dealership that they were in good standing. Well they were just the opposite. More
Referred here by Geico in April of 2011, for a used honda Element. was told by 3 different salespeople that the vehicle taxes could be rolled into the financing, and was promised that the trailer hitch I had Element. was told by 3 different salespeople that the vehicle taxes could be rolled into the financing, and was promised that the trailer hitch I had on my previous element could be recycled onto the new one easily, in about 45 mins. when I got to the DMV, I got surprised with a $1300 bill for taxes and registration fees, and had to spend a week arguing with each salesperson I spoke with up the chain before they would make good on their promise. When I brought the car back for the promised trailer hitch, it took 4 hours for them to get it bolted on, and they gave it back to me with the wiring so messed up the brake lights on my trailer would only come on when I signaled to turn left. Stay away, stay very far away. More
