Not Your Normal Dealership Experience It's been about 10 years since I have had to purchase a vehicle. I started looking about three weeks ago, at a dealership that shall remain nameless, It's been about 10 years since I have had to purchase a vehicle. I started looking about three weeks ago, at a dealership that shall remain nameless, and received horrible treatment and some very infuriating comments, since I wasn't able (in their eyes willing) to make the payments they wanted. I went to, and called, several other places, but was told they couldn't help me. I contacted Adams Auto by email, due to the previous experiences, then decided to call. They were the total opposite of what I had previously experienced. They had excellent customer service, they were concerned about my needs and budget constraints, and weren't just trying to get me into a car. They took care of all of my issues and concerns with making the purchase and politely chatted with me while we waited on other information to pull over. I am unable to express how relieved I was to finally deal with a dealership that cared. More

Living over an Adam's auto group salesman, Charlie Godby, and sales manager, Jeremy Whitesides, did an amazing job of getting me into an amazing car. Living over an hour away they worked awesomely with me over the phone and through emails to get financing that worked for me! Not only was that amazing, but my new car is amazing too. Being a used car it did have some dents and a few scratches, but not so many or so horrible that it ruined the car. I highly recommend trying this dealership for a first car or any car at all! More
