Richard Ratliff was extremely helpful and figured out very quickly what it was that was most important to me in a used car. He and the entire staff were upbeat and made the difficult experience of finding a car enjoyable for me and my family. A couple of parts needed replacements and I took the car back in and because Terrance (in the service department) wasn't quite satisfied with how it ran, he ordered two more parts and I really appreciated that he didn't just go for okay, but rather the best. Great Deal..Great car I unfortunately tottaled my car and had to rush and buy a new one.I saw a Fusion on Cars.com and went Adams to see it.The lot is HUGE,I met James and I unfortunately tottaled my car and had to rush and buy a new one.I saw a Fusion on Cars.com and went Adams to see it.The lot is HUGE,I met James and told him what I was looking for and he knew right where it was and pulled it to the door for me(raining out) We went on test drive and I loved it,but I needed financing and my credit's not too good.They got me a good pymnt that I could afford and I left the same day with my new car.If you are going there to look for a car ask for JAMES he goes ABOVE and BEYOND!! I needed to make a purchase unexpectedly and I live two hours away in Asheville so it was important to me to be able to firm up a deal before making my way to Charlotte. Unlike other dealerships who insisted I come in before even working with me, Troy worked with me and we were able to work out a deal over the phone.
