They didn't make me feel welcome and not making me feel they were working for me. So once I arrived at Adams Auto Group I was stressed out and aggravated. Chris Peake was the first to greet me. His personality brighten my day. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was very understanding and knowledgeable. He let me know he was there to help me. And I don't need to look no more. Wonderful Experience I had been to several dealerships in the Charlotte area in pursuit of finding a vehicle. By the time I made it to Adams Auto Group, I was exhausted and had lost all faith in Salesmen. That is when I found Christopher Peake. I never once felt like this was a sales transaction, but a friend helping a friend. I got an excellent deal and walked away feeling like I owed these people something. I have never had such an easy, seamless transaction while buying a car. I have also never felt so protected or cared for. I honestly believe that Mr. Peake, along with Phil, the finance manager put my best interest above their own. I will never go to a different dealership More
