Terrible communication. Asked why a vehicle had been on their lot for over a year in this market and got "no one is in the market for minivans" which is patently false. Sent a follow up to that indicating I was looking to buy online and fly in along with a question on some options and never received a response. The horrendous customer service might be why cars sit so long. More

Actually I bouth the car at the Adams lot on South Blvd. I am happy with the salesperson however I felt that the GM was smug and arrogant. There is a slow leak in the front drivers side tire, and Ii was tol I am happy with the salesperson however I felt that the GM was smug and arrogant. There is a slow leak in the front drivers side tire, and Ii was told they would fix it, but they did not. And I asked if the tire was fixed and was told yes. then I ws told by the GM that the service dept could not find the leak. Why didn't he tell me that yesterday? Now I have to go to a tire shop to fix a tire on a car I just purchased. That is not good business. More
