I called to make sure the vehicle was still available and set up an appointment to test drive the car after work. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Alanna, who was very friendly and professional. She set me up with a salesperson, Barry. Barry was friendly and already knew the vehicle I was interested in and set it up for a test drive. After the drive, I knew that was the car I wanted. Now the hard part...or so I thought. Barry and I sat down and talked over the details. I ended up with a great loan rate and affordable payments. In less than 2 hours from driving onto the lot, I was driving away with my new car. This was by far the easiest, zero pressure car buying experience I have ever had. Exceptional Service Adams Auto Group and Richard Archer in particular were truly a Godsend! I had never even heard of Adams. In fact, I was on my way to another dealership about a mile away. Road construction had me stop in front of the dealership and I was surprised at the amount of car inventory so I decided to just pull in and look. The cars were so nice that i really didn't think I would qualify for much of anything with my credit. Rich approached me and asked what type of car I was looking for. I really didn't know. I just know I needed a new vehicle. Rich was more than patient with me. He went above and beyond. We test drove 4 cars. He even allowed my mom and I to go get lunch while he searched for a vehicle that would fit me personally (I am very petite and have a hard time seeing over the hood of certain cars) and financially. When we got back to the dealership, Rich had found the perfect car for me! This car is more than I could have ever imagined. It has all the bells and whistles. Fully loaded! More importantly, it's a comfortable ride for my size. Rich worked with the loan office to get me approved even when I didn't think it would work out, he was optimistic. I was so happy to get approved I cried. Adams Auto Group took my trade, approved me for credit and took no money down. I truly believe that God led me to Adams Auto Group. Quick and easy process I had less than perfect credit but was still able to buy a car with low miles and only 4 years old.
