I'm helping my daughter find a Toyota Corolla (very specific things she wanted, color, sunroof, etc), and we found one online via Cars.com. We were very interested in a car they had, based on the pictu specific things she wanted, color, sunroof, etc), and we found one online via Cars.com. We were very interested in a car they had, based on the pictures and equipment description. Liz reached out after we inquired, and was very nice and helpful. My issue isn't so much with her, but with whomever is describing these cars. I had noted it said "manual" for transmission, but zoomed in and could tell it was actually not. OK, no biggie, mistakes happen and that actually benefited us because we did not want a manual/stick. We live almost 4 hours away (which I explained to her), and drove all the way over to look at this vehicle and likely buy it. Imagine our huge disappointment when we arrived, as it did not have a sunroof as clearly described in the equipment option! That was two things wrong with the listing. We wasted an entire day traveling there and back, almost 2 tanks of gas, only to find it did not have the option described in the listing! Plus, the car was in rough shape, and should have been described ACCURATELY- it had very visible damage in two different spots (and holes in the seat from cigarette burns) that was only disclosed when we were halfway there (texting with Liz) when I asked if they were cigarette holes in the seat in the pictures. We decided to continue on, hoping it might still be worth it. She did take the pictures of the damage and texted them to us, only after I asked if there was any damage and we were halfway there. She should have told us that up front without having to be asked, considering we were traveling that far. We are VERY disappointed, so make sure you ask specific questions about any and all damage, and verify the equipment listed in the ad is accurate, before driving any distance! We are so frustrated, what a waste. More

No hidden sneaky fees and/or packages you don’t want either. Everything is clearly explained and broken down for you. Craig was my rep and he is super friendly and chill! He felt like a long time friend from the start. Definitely made my first time car buying experience stress free and easy! Highly recommend seeing him!! Awesome service and friendly staff overall!! Highly recommend the South Charlotte dealer to everyone. Well worth a two and a half hour drive one way to do business!! More

DON'T DO IT. ..I contacted them about a vehicle that was online...I wanted to make sure the vehicle was still available....I was told it was but that they could no ..I contacted them about a vehicle that was online...I wanted to make sure the vehicle was still available....I was told it was but that they could not deal me in person..."company policy"...I drove 2 hours to the dealer and guess what...NO TRUCK...the old bait and switch routine...put a bunch of stuff online that you don't have...get the customer there...try and sell something else...I obviously left and drove 2 hours back home...2 days later I get a text asking if I am still interested in the truck they don't have...unbelievable...they don't even communicate to each other who the screw over...zero integrity...zero competence...I would take a vehicle for free from these guys More
Was given a trade in value via text after they said they researched my car as it is a limited edition car. After driving 2.5 hours to the dealership they offered $3k less than I was told via text. Hey also neglect to take pictures of the damage on their cars so you also get a surprise when you show up to look at the car you thought you liked and find all sorts of little issues with them that will add up in cost to repair Avoid at all cost.
