Abuse to the customers I had a bad experience with them, I bought my BMW last month (oct 12th) on Adams South Blvd, on the third day I realized that the sunroof and the ciga I had a bad experience with them, I bought my BMW last month (oct 12th) on Adams South Blvd, on the third day I realized that the sunroof and the cigar lighter did not work, I changed the cigarette lighter fuse and it worked, I decided to take the car the next day to that they checked the sunroof, they checked it and they told me that the engine did not work and it had to change it. But they did not change it for warranty because I had changed the cigarette lighter's fuse and it had no guarantee. I spoke with the seller (Aton) and told him that if they did not change the piece, I would not pick up the car. After two days of being the car in the dealer I call to see how we could fix this situation, to which I answered that I was looking how to do to replace the piece as a guarantee, we agreed that I would pick up the car while I gave a reason, when I arrive by the car and turn on the engine, the electric chairs and the seat belts or the heating of the same ones did not work. I spoke with the mechanic and received the car with the condition that these inconveniences were going to be repaired and we made an appointment for Saturday, leave the car on Saturday (oct 21th) 10:00 a.m. and after 4 hours the seller calls me to tell me that the mechanic did not come and pick up my car. After that, two weeks have passed and the phone does not answer anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO BUY ANY VEHICLE. THEY MISTRACT THE BUYER. More

DO NOT SHOP HERE After buying a car at Adams Auto Group, less than 30 days later the car was broken down. After contacting them to try and get a resolution they offere After buying a car at Adams Auto Group, less than 30 days later the car was broken down. After contacting them to try and get a resolution they offered no help what so ever. They told us they did a “60-point inspection” on the car we purchased. Yet, they seemed to miss a faulty transmission, engine and dead battery. If you ask me, no inspection was done at all. They even told us they “weren’t afraid of a lawsuit”. If you want a working and reliable car I suggest going elsewhere, this place will scam you. If I could give them no stars I would but that’s not an option so 1 is being generous. More
