Don’t buy **BUYERS BE WARNED ** I purchased a 2014 Lexus from the South Blvd location. I needed a vehicle rather quickly as my previous car was totaled. I located a great car (or I purchased a 2014 Lexus from the South Blvd location. I needed a vehicle rather quickly as my previous car was totaled. I located a great car (or so I thought), 2014 Lexus IS 350 AWD. I test drove the car and everything seemed fine but I told Terrique, Ricardo, & finance manager I was concerned about a squeaking noise which I thought was a simple brake pad issue coming from the car. I took the car to Lexus for a inspection as the staff at Adams Auto Group said to find out what was causing the squeaking and they would fix any issues should it need serviced. I found out that the car had after market brake pads, rotors, and the tires had bulging. Adams had put the front tires on the rear, and rear tires on the front!! Since my purchase, the inspection was done immediately after purchasing the car and I sent the report from Lexus to Adams S Blvd & I was told by Terrique since the car was sold for $3,000 less than what Adams purchased it they were not going to be able to fix the car, even though I was ‘assured ‘ this would be “no problem”. I have called & sent multiple emails to Adams and I spoke with Marsha at the N Tryon location who told me the owner would be reaching out to me. I purchased this car on November 8th and I have not heard anything and I have been calling and sending emails daily. **Do your research of Adams Auto Group. Simply type in Adams Auto Group into the Google search engine and you will see about a lawsuit against them from SEVERAL other buyers who had purchased vehicles from Adams with the same issues I am going through now. ***THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM OF A DEALERSHIP, THEY ASK YOU TO FILL OUT YOUR DEALERRATER REVIEW THE DAY YOU GET YOUR CAR WHICH IS WHY YOU SEE THE ‘GOOD’ REVIEWS. He then tells me that he noticed last week that it had a bad transmission. So when I find something else to look at I asked about the price and was told that they paid 11700 and was selling for 10900 so they couldn't budge anymore on price. So overall this dealership will lie to you and withhold information to get you there. More
