Average I was disappointed by the lack of knowledge my salesman had about basic information related to the car. The vehicle was dented and was priced about a thousand dollars above market value, there also seems to be some electrical issue that wasn't resolved as I was told it was. My salesman wasn't rude but wasn't particularly helpful or kind either. Probably won't be buying another car there. - I never spoke with a finance manager and can not provide information on that aspect of the experience. More

Don't buy a car here. Stay away!! Don't go to Adams Auto Group under any circumstances! They lie and then pray over you. Go anywhere else! I could spend the next 400 words telling you how they manipulated and lied to my daughter. From the Carfax to their phone call to her bank for a loan. They "screwed" her at every turn and even told her they could give her a 9 percent loan, but added a grand to the price of the car. I could tell you more, but my blood pressure is too high. I will say the icing on the cake was when one of the managers PRAYED over her and her boyfriend. Gives Christians AND car dealers a bad name. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
