Average I was disappointed by the lack of knowledge my salesman had about basic information related to the car. The vehicle was dented and was priced about a thousand dollars above market value, there also seems to be some electrical issue that wasn't resolved as I was told it was. My salesman wasn't rude but wasn't particularly helpful or kind either. Probably won't be buying another car there. - I never spoke with a finance manager and can not provide information on that aspect of the experience. More

Don't buy a car here. Stay away!! Don't go to Adams Auto Group under any circumstances! They lie and then pray over you. Go anywhere else! I could spend the next 400 words telling you how they manipulated and lied to my daughter. From the Carfax to their phone call to her bank for a loan. They "screwed" her at every turn and even told her they could give her a 9 percent loan, but added a grand to the price of the car. I could tell you more, but my blood pressure is too high. I will say the icing on the cake was when one of the managers PRAYED over her and her boyfriend. Gives Christians AND car dealers a bad name. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Dishonest and Talked down to I saw car online that I liked and called to find out more about it. The first sales person told me that they just got in the car in. They were supposed to get back to me and never did. The second pair sales person I dealt with told me that the price I just dropped $3000 on the car. When I told him that I saw the car on two separate websites online and both said that price I just dropped $1000 he said he was looking at their website and it said it dropped $3000. I felt that was lied to both times as one website with the car online and available at over 200 and some days And add the website set the price should be negotiable cars been up for sale for sometime. When I made an offer itself person coming there was no way that they would take that price. They then went on to tell me that there was a $600 fee that would be added onto the price just for them to have the vehicle for sale on the floor. When I question why the fee was not included In the price he told me that’s the way all dealerships do it. That sells person plus basket back to me as well the next day and never did. Never what I purchased a vehicle from this company as I felt as a woman I was being treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Very poor service. More
