Bad car sold Brought my White 2013 Ford Fusion June of 2018, felt like my purchase was kind of rushed being the fact that the sales people kept passing me Brought my White 2013 Ford Fusion June of 2018, felt like my purchase was kind of rushed being the fact that the sales people kept passing me off to different sales people. I purchased the car leasing it from my bank, so at first, I had Terrique as my sales person and he then passed me off to another guy who I honestly think wasn’t even a sales person but he had me sign the papers for the car didn't really go over the papers with me (like I said I felt the process was rushed), Never told me I "needed to purchase a warranty from either the dealership or my bank". so, come beginning of August my upper radiator hose went out so I came up here to see if they can replace it, the front desk person told me they don't do repair on the cars once its sold so I had to figure out a way to get it fixed. Took it to Meineke and they replaced my radiator hose foe $258 which I didn't get my car back until beginning September. Then 2 days later my temp. gauge in my car went out literally called them again they stated they couldn't fix so I took it back to Meineke which they fixed for $156 or so....3 days later temp. gauge went again only to find out it had a recall on it since March 2018 which no one told me about. So now I had to take it all the way to ford and have them fixed the recall which they could've fixed the first time which could've saved me the $258. So Come end of October, I'm leaving from work, go to start my car and it's not starting took it to Meineke because of the fact the dealership claims they "only work on cars that’s on the lot" but Meineke couldn't find the issue so I took it to ford where they told me I had a dead battery so in order to do the diagnosis I had to purchase a new battery for the car, got a new battery replaced as well as spark plugs, put gas in to see if that was the problem because it wasn't the starter or anything else or fuel pump. ford calls me out the blue and tells me my cylinder head 2/head gasket is completely cracked and now I need ANOTHER ENGINE, so this is where I called the dealership to see if I had a warranty and these people told me I never purchased one like what so why wasn't I told when I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE AT THAT TIME. and 2 weeks before the head gasket blew it was leaking coolant bad to the point I had to put coolant in it at least once every 2 days and gas but my thing is I'm pretty sure they knew and when I got my car worked on in august for the radiator hose the mechanic told me it looked like whoever did fixed the car before putting it on the lot/selling it to me didn't know what they were doing because they had plastic tubes in stuff that they fixed the car with (under the hood), wires were mixed up and place in the wrong place which cause my car to act as if it didn't want to drive which that has happened too and I had to get that fixed as well; it would start but wouldn't drive at all! so I had to replace that as well. So, during me having my car for only 5 months my radiator hose blew, it wouldn't drive, my temp gauge went out twice, I needed a new battery because the one I had was old and dead and now my head gasket cracked causing me to get a new engine which is costly and I can’t get which result in me not being able to get my car fixed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THUS CAR DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE BECAUSE NOW I'M STUCK PAYING ON A CAR THAT BEEN IN AND OUT THE SHOP MORE THAN I DRIVEN IT AND I'M STUCK MAKING PAYMENTS ON A CAR THAT NEEDS A NEW ENGINE, I AM BEYOND UPSET, but to pass me off to another sales person who don’t know what they’re doing, not keeping me updated the day I went to the bank to get the loan for the car, I sat at my bank 3 hours waiting on someone to call me back which was supposed to be Terrique ( I’m not bashing him because he did help the first time I wanted to purchase a car which I truly deeply appreciate I’m not mad at him). More
Terrible Service Went to view a vehicle that I seen advertised online. I had emailed / texted about this car multiple times before coming to see it. When I arrived to Went to view a vehicle that I seen advertised online. I had emailed / texted about this car multiple times before coming to see it. When I arrived to the lot I went inside and asked about the car. There were about 4 to 5 employees standing around. They then argued about whos turn it was to go, then finally they all pawned it off on an older man. Once we got to the car I began to ask questions. The Autocheck on the car stated that it was originally from Vermont. Then the last thing reported was a FL auction. When I asked how the car arrived from Vermont to Florida he didn't have a answer. I then asked if the car had been flooded due to it being in a Florida auction, he hesitated and said no. Continued to just avoid all my questions about how the car then ended up in Indiana and etc. There was nothing reported or stated about how it just magically showed up in either of the those locations. AND The car had CLEARLY been flooded. There was rust everywhere on the inside and under the seats / dash etc. Water residue still present on the carpet and cloth materials / metal. I even asked this before I made the hour trip over there in one of my emails! The salesman clearly knew nothing about the vehicle / or was pretending to not know and didn't even bother to get the right information before talking to me. I am more mad that they believed I was stupid enough to buy their load of crap story. Ridiculous.... Would never recommend them to anyone! More

Would not keep verbal agreement Agreed to a price over the phone. Then recive the purchase agreement and the price has hmchsnged not by a little but by over $1000. Then call to ask about it the salesman said no that’s not right I will talk to the finance guy, wait on hold then he comes back and says that they had made a mistake and couldn’t stick to their verbal agreement. The new best price was the one they sent on the purchase agreement and would not budge after admitimg their mistake. No customer is right here. The salesman and finance guys seemed very shady, how does a wholesaler deale end up upside down by $4000 on a vehicle. They been sitting on this car for 5 months and will continue too. Never tried to make right with me the customer. Read your agreements closely I caught it before I went to far. Don’t let them take advantage of you. More

The only setback was that the drivers seat was broken and took an extra day to fix, but they ended up replacing the whole seat for me and it hasn't caused any more trouble! Randy was the most honest and friendly dealer I've come across in my long search for a car, and I'd recommend seeing him if you're interested in this dealership. He didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want and he was very upfront about everything related to the cars I was viewing. Definitely check out Adams Auto Group and ask for Randy! More
