Last week I went to get a part replaced, that later I was told by the mechanic it was misdiagnosed by someone else. He told me “be careful driving”. Knowing it’s not safe to drive they sent me on my way anyw told by the mechanic it was misdiagnosed by someone else. He told me “be careful driving”. Knowing it’s not safe to drive they sent me on my way anyways. However I called Friday explaining that it’s hard to turn which it still is. I was told they weren’t sure they had any rentals and I was receive a call. I still have yet to hear from anyone. Honestly I’m disappointed I’ve been coming here for quite some time. After this is fixed I do not plan on coming back. More

I had to have my jeep towed to Adams jeep dealer…. Being a widow and knowing nothing about vehicle service I was really worried about getting taking advantage of money wise but to my surprise they told me i a widow and knowing nothing about vehicle service I was really worried about getting taking advantage of money wise but to my surprise they told me it was a recall part and charged me nothing of which was a big relief. The service was excellent (jeep repaired in 3 hours) and the staff polite and kind. If I ever need service again I know where to go! More

Even the lot attendant wasn’t satisfied letting my truck go off the lot without his inspection and wipe down, it’s pride like that in a business that will insure its longevity.
