Since the time we pulled into their car lot Keith was very helpful, suggested what he felt would fit our budget, very honest, upfront about price and accessories on the new vehicle. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had! It took me a couple of times driving different jeeps, diferent years and diferent sizes, but there was no pressure at all. Keith just wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and that was right for me. I got it! I jsut bought a 2012 black 4 door jeep wrangler that we had lifted 2 inches with skull wheels and hot tires, my favorite part! Galin was just as patience with me when I was picking out the tires and wheel and helped me again get EXACTLY what I wanted! When we were doing the paperwork there wasn't the back and forth feeling like you were in a "used car movie plot". Wayne and Keith did everythign to make this part of the buying experience smooth and painless. Wayne even found us an extra $1000 rebatefrom our insurance company! Gotta love that! They gave me the blue book trade price based on my description. When I arrived with the trade they gave me more money than they quoted because the car was a year newer than I thought even though it had more miles than I thought it had. Sales person gave me his cell phone number and came in on his day off when I called him to show my wife the car before I closed the deal. It was a easy no hassel, no high pressure, drop a trade off, write a check,drive away. The. government disclaimers, and privacy act, taxes tags and title paperwork took more time to do than the deal.
