I purchased my 2011 Jeep Wrangler from Adams Jeep (Crystal) on October after a 3hour drive from VA. Crystal was a thourough and courteous young lady. My experience at Adams was wonderful, and I didn't make it easy on them (ALOT of negative equity in my trade, annoyed with other dealerships, and a few credit blemishes), but Colleen and John promised me a it easy on them (ALOT of negative equity in my trade, annoyed with other dealerships, and a few credit blemishes), but Colleen and John promised me a great experience and they delivered! It tooks 2 months to find a vehicle I liked (I am PICKY because I drive ALOT) and Colleen would always text me when she got something in that fit my needs. It was so nice of her to think of me, when she had other clients as well. But nevertheless my SUV with 20K will low miles came in trhe form of a 2009 Nissan Xterra with 55K on her and she is a beauty, I named her Vixen! My only complaint is the payment (TOTALLY MY fault, NOT theirs) More

I will start by saying I highly recommend this dealership. I found the jeep I wanted on their website, went in the next day on my lunch break to look at it and possibly get some perliminary number dealership. Jessica came out to me within about 3 minutes to introduce herself. I told her I only had about 20 minutes to look and maybe get a monthly payment idea. She filled out the paperwork as fast as she could, looked at my trade, and she and John calculated a monthly payment that was $1.00 below what I wanted to pay. The total visit was done in about 25 minutes. Jessica and John were extremely quick, efficient, overly friendly and a pleasure to deal with. John let me take the jeep to my mechanic overnight and I returned the next day to purchase it. The finance manager had me in and out within 25 minutes. In my opinion, this dealership has outstanding customer service. Overall, adams jeep exceeded my expectations of how a dealership visit should go. More

Went the "thinking" that I might want a new Jeep. Met Mike. He was not only very friendly, but extremely knowledgable about Jeeps. He listened to what I was saying & knew what I wanted. He new Jeep. After driving both a 2 & a 4 door Jeep I realized that i wanted to purchase one that evening. I had 2 veihicles to trade in. The entire staff there worked quickly to get me not only the Jeep I wanted, but the extras that I asked for & at the price I was hoping for. In no time, I was out the door driving my new Jeep! I would recomend both Adams Jeep & Mike Gardner to anyone looking for a Jeep. Their selection is great & they know what their talking about! More
