Not impressed Took forever to get a light bulb changed! While I was waiting for the service the car was left in shop and mechanic disappeared, no one working on it. Took forever to get a light bulb changed! While I was waiting for the service the car was left in shop and mechanic disappeared, no one working on it. Had to engage someone from service desk to continue the work. But the worst is the fact that the mechanic stored his tools on the car without covering the car surfaces. Also no protection on the interior when he got in and out driving the car from the shop to the parking lot. Very unprofessional and it took way to much time. Actually the mechanic parked the car on the lot afterwards and went with the key in his hand to a group of people chatting while I was waiting inside to get my car back. Had to get someone from the service desk again to get the key back from him to be able to leave. More

Oil change appt I have always taken my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Adams for oil changes. I have always made an appt. I was shocked to find out that they did not have an I have always taken my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Adams for oil changes. I have always made an appt. I was shocked to find out that they did not have an oil filter for my Jeep. It took longer than normal and when I went to check on the status that is when I found out. I would suggest that they check their appointments on the prior day or week so that they have the supplies needed. More
