We had our Jeep service twice from Adams and service was great so in October 2024 I called and ask to to speak with the sales manager and purchase or order a Jeep Wrangler from them. We said we would be up great so in October 2024 I called and ask to to speak with the sales manager and purchase or order a Jeep Wrangler from them. We said we would be up there in an hour and he agreed. we got there and he he would be with us shortly. We waited a half hour and went back to meet with him. He was still on the phone and ignored us. We decided to leave and go else where. We drove to another dealership and was greeted by their sales manager! He ask what type of Jeep ? We pointed to the Jeep for liked and he said take it for a test drive! Within 2 hrs the paper work was done and we drove home! Adams lost A $65,000 sale and we will never go back!!!
