Well a few days later my wife and I selected a new Silverado crew cab and then realized that a lease was going to be so much more affordable for us. After much discussion with Monte, and test driving with Tim Hoskins, then locating the truck we wanted, Adams transferred the truck in and got us rolling in a beautiful new Chevrolet. strong arm tactics; decided to buy somewhere else I was searching online and found that this dealership has the exact suburban I was looking for. I planned to visit this dealership and more than likel I was searching online and found that this dealership has the exact suburban I was looking for. I planned to visit this dealership and more than likely buy the suburban until I re read the emails the manager sent me. He offered a "ready" bonus of $500 If I bought the suv that day, but it had to be that day and then only $250 off if I bought 2-7 days from then. No offense but I'm not falling for strong arm tactics like this and I refuse to visit a place that does not honor the same price the next day to think things over. UPDATE: I simply asked not to be contacted by this dealership anymore as I have purchased elsewhere. The manger wrote me a very rude email address from a gmail account which was very uncalled for. My suspicions were correct, terrible sales tactics and rude. Will express any future customers not to shop here More

Awesome Service & Extreamly Helpful!!! I had recently purchased new tires, brakes, and other service at a chain tire store, however they were unable to balance a tire properly which caused I had recently purchased new tires, brakes, and other service at a chain tire store, however they were unable to balance a tire properly which caused the car serious vibration. I had to go back 4 times after I purchased the tires from them, and they could not correct the problem. They told me the axle on my 2012 Chevy Impala with 47,000 miles on it was going bad and the dealer needed to look into the problem. I brought the car in and Mike had the techs take a look at it, only to find out the wheels did not have weights on them and they were all balanced incorrectly. Also found was one of the BRAND NEW tires was faulty, I paid to get everything corrected properly then I went after the chain tire store to issue me a refund for work they should have done in the first place. The point is without Mike and his guys I would have not found out about this and the car would still not be right, so for that I am extremely grateful. Definitely will return for future service and work. Likely will purchase next vehicle from this dealership. Its reassuring to know that there are still some service departments who care about the customers / their vehicles and are not so focused on how to make a quick dollar. Thanks Again! More

Thanks to Tom, another truck has found a home My husband and I had been looking for a truck ( only a Chevy will do ) for awhile. We had visited several dealerships and even talked to a few salesmen. We saw a truck we thought we might like, on a Sunday and came back in hopes of taking it for a test drive. That's when we met Tom Penn, our sales consultant. He was friendly, answered all of our questions and did not try to rush us into a decision. We bought that Silverado at Adams because of Tom. He even came in on his day off to sign all the papers. After all the paperwork was done he was still there to show us how everything worked, set up the Bluetooth and On-Star. We would and have recommended Adams Chevrolet in Havre de Grace to our family and friends. Of course we've told the to ask for Tom Penn. Thank you, Tom Karen & Bob More

I do not recomeend this dealer at all!!! Tried to get a quote online from one of their employees. Was talking to 3 dealerships trying to buy a cruze and this dealership was very deceiving. Took the longest to respond as well and they never gave me a quote on the exact car I wanted!!! They asked me what website I saw the car on which I thought was very odd. Like does that even matter??
