An Unexpected Surprise! An internet advertisement for a GMC Acadia and Terrain brought me to Adams Chevrolet. Upon arrival, I was introduced to Justin Grzybowski. The vehicles of interest were prepared and waiting for me to test drive. Justin accompanied me on this adventure. We got to talking and I shared with him that I really wanted a white car with certain features in it. Justin was easy to talk with and payed attention to my desires. The Acadia was silver and lacked many features I was looking for, although a great, clean vehicle. I did confess that "I don't like Chevrolets" and explained why. Meanwhile, Justin was going through his inventory in his brain and came up with a particular Chevy that had all of my wish list, and more, in it. He told me he thought he might have something I would like. Low and behold he drives up in a beautiful "cream" (which was my most desirable color - but I never mentioned it to him, thinking I would probably not find that) Chevrolet Traverse, also in my price range. I was impressed with how it looked but was expecting it not to be comfortable inside. Boy was I SHOCKED! This was a dream car for me. The engine purred like a kitten, the seats were very comfortable, the drive was smooth and the many extra's included kind of blew me away. Nevertheless, I still wanted to drive another vehicle in it's class to compare it with. Justin was so patient with me as I test drove another vehicle. I never felt any pressure from him. He actually answered all my questions and concerns with each vehicle. Pulling into the lot with this one, I knew which one I wanted - that's right - the Chevy Traverse - hands down - the best option for me! My past experience with Chevrolets was that they were not comfortable inside. Boy have they CHANGED! Justin was so knowledgeable throughout the entire process. And the finance department walked me through a very PLEASANT experience to finance and achieve my goal. I purchased the vehicle and could not be happier! I intend to do more business with Adam's Chevrolet in the future! Thank you Justin for finding me the perfect car! More

I will be honest, the thought of negotiating and pricing out a vehicle at such a distance over the phone had me worrisome, but Justin could not have made the process more simple. When the day came I drove down to Maryland; the car was prepped, all the paper work had been prepared ahead of time, and within an hour I we were done and I was headed back to NJ. Our sales associate was Justin Grzybowski, who did an exemplary job in guiding us through our options. Justin showed us several display vehicles and was familiar with the different features for each model. Our interest was focused on a new Tahoe without all the bells-and-whistles that jack up the price. Justin presented us with three packages that fit our desired specifications and price, before we selected one with the best combination of features. He was even able to accommodate our one vanity request – our choice of color – by searching nearby dealerships and locating our ideal choice. After receiving a very reasonable offer for our trade-in SUV, we purchased our new Tahoe. Justin devoted the time to assist us in familiarizing ourselves with the electronics of our new vehicle. Throughout our experience, Justin was attentive to detail, e.g. remembering that my wife and I would be tagging the vehicle in Delaware (which, unlike Maryland, does not display a license plate in the front), Justin alerted the prep crew not to drill holes in the front bumper. Such examples of Justin’s professionalism were a hallmark of our favorable experience with Adams.
