My wife recently bought a 2022 RDX. We were quoted $1200 for a remote start module ,,which the sales manager agreed to pay $300 of the $1200. The place is pleasant looking and clean, i had fast response from the time I initiated contact via internet with the sales representative. Got the old "bait and switch" from Acura RGV. Was given one price via email, but they wanted $8k more when I was ready to make a deal. The management team shouldn't be surprised to see this review as I informed them of my displeasure with their tactics. Shame on y'all. Really. When I met the sales manager, Marco, I informed him that I was a member of many groups to see if they had any discounts I'd be eligible for. He said that they "take care" of veterans, but apparently it wasn't what I expected. I don't do business with people that do business like this. More
