I thought I would give Acura another try. From the initial Q/A, to the test drive, to the negotiation to the drive off- the experience was excellent. More than my expectations. Ty Thomas was very laid back, easy to deal with- but he definitely knew his numbers. Gil got involved later, and between the two of them helped make the deal happen. They listened patiently to my needs, expressed their own position and finally there was a meeting of the minds. All three individuals made the deal happen; they were all very courteous, knowledgeable and interested in me and doing business with me. ( I kept them all late, which was unfortunate, but I never felt rushed or pushed.) In my business I come into contact with many new residents to the desert. Today I went in because the bra film on the front of the vehicle is bubbling. It is out of warranty for me, however, the Service Manager, Julio, is going out of his way to see what can be done. He calling the original company that put the protection film on to see if it is in their warranty. If not, he is going to get a price to have it repair from them and from the company they now do business with. That is above and beyond. I very much appreciate that extra attention. You will not go wrong bringing any car to this place for service. More

I did not expect to purchase a car that day. I visited nearby dealerships and left within a few minutes finding they were only interested in helping me on their terms. Im a busy mom with 4 kids, I went there looking a mess! To be honest, people judge you on how you look at other dealerships. He was still helpful. I am so happy with the the excellent customer service I received from Julio (Service Manager) I had problems with my SUV and he went out of his way to try and help as much as possible. He was honest and straightforward with every questions I asked him. I strongly recommend people to buy their vehicles here. They work with you and they have the best customer service!! More
