Great all around experiance I had a great all around experience with this team. I dealt mostly with Robert Naffier; sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about the Acura products. The General Manager met me with a smile; it was an overall very pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend this dealership AND Robert. I has been a long time since I purchased a car and was not thrilled to venture out. However, I will come back here again. They have a customer for life. More

Acura of the Desert Could Care Less About Its Customers! I went to Acura of the Desert to look at trading in my Acura MDX for a newer model. I left the dealership, got 2 blocks away and ran out of gas. Since I went to Acura of the Desert to look at trading in my Acura MDX for a newer model. I left the dealership, got 2 blocks away and ran out of gas. Since my car is still under warranty and I have Acura roadside Assistance I called the dealership to see if I could get a gallon of gas. They said no. Even though I have recently used my Roadside Assistance they told me it had expired 4 years ago. My previous Acura dealer would do anything for me, This dealership could care less about its customers. I will never buy an expensive luxury car from a dealership like this and I don't recommend them. More
Use of false information for a sale BUYER BEWARE!! Last month I turned in my leased Honda a few months early for an Acura. The lease payoff amount Acura of the Desert gave me was incorre BUYER BEWARE!! Last month I turned in my leased Honda a few months early for an Acura. The lease payoff amount Acura of the Desert gave me was incorrect. Now Honda states I owe an extra payment! I have gone back and forth between Honda lease maturity and Acura of the Desert of over 1 month now. Honda's lease maturity has shared that I need to talk to the dealership regarding the inaccurate information I was provided. The dealership consistently asks me to call Honda. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer! They have not even provided an apology for their mistake or offered a service waiver equivalent to the payment amount. I know that Acura sells itself but what happed to simple decency and accountability? More

I came in with my 2002 MDX with 189k and a bad transmission from Portland, Oregon. The entire team, Parker, Gene, Greg and Dan all worked together to find my a vehicle in my price range and that transmission from Portland, Oregon. This dealer sold me a used vehicle. It had problems they claimed to have fixed. Over, & over again. I had to take it back MULTIPLE times FOR THE SAME PROBLEM! It became clear to me, that the salesman, JO claimed to have fixed. Over, & over again. I had to take it back MULTIPLE times FOR THE SAME PROBLEM! It became clear to me, that the salesman, JOHN HARRIS, sold me a vehicle that was only worth what the scrap metal recycler would pay, & the service guys are completely incompetent, or they just did not want to fix what it needed. They eventually told me "your on your own now, don't bring it back anymore." Without correcting the problem. My attorney told me to have a solid case I would have to have it fixed by a reputable mechanic, then go to court to show costs, in this case $5000 worth of repairs needed. My mechanic just offered me $1000 for it which I gladly accepted to be done with the problem. But for me, this dealer at the very least deserves to have this experience made public. I should have looked at their rating on http://DealerRater.com first, as it shows how terrible this dealer is. More
