I lease my Acura from the Scarsdale Curry dealer on Central Avenue. They were never able to meet my needs. This was very disappointing to me. I am a cross crountry truck driver. Whenever the car needs service i usually have to wait until i get in town so i am able to take the car in to acura of westchester for service. Elizabeth is always very understanding and accomadating to my appointment needs. the mechanic took less then an hour to complete a B1 service. during my wait i sat in the customer area and Elizabeth informed me that i could help myself to some coffee, bagels and cake. She also informed me that there was a newspaper and magazines available for me to read. the televison was also on. Acura of Westchester has an extremly clean mens room and waiting area. when the vehicle was returned to me washed and vacumed inside. as a customer of acura for over six years i was very pleased with my final cost. because of the friendliness of Elizabeth White i will always recommend Acura of Westchester to someone. All the stress of car care and maintenance is eliminated by Liz, other customer service staff and the excellent mechanics. Problems are assessed and addressed quickly. I have been coming to Acura of Westchester for over a year now. Luckily, Tom was the first person I dealt with there, and have been dealing with him ever since. When I had some grease left on my car, he offered to go out and clean it himself. To me, he is someone who takes his job seriously and performs with excellence and integrity, always going the extra mile to make sure everything exceeds 'satisfactory'. My warranty is ending in a month and I brought my car in 3 times for Acura of Westchester t let me post a negative review without checking yes above. My warranty is ending in a month and I brought my car in 3 times for Acura of Westchester to fix the rattle on the right front side of my 2007 MDX. The car war perfect until Acura of Westchester completed a B2 service on the car in March. They said all was good to go but needed to they needed to replace the front stabilizer. The rattle began and 3 visits later even with a technician hearing the problem, the problem still exists. I decided to go in to Acura of Westchester to talk to the service manager ... in a meeting ... assistant service manager is not available ... general manager ... in a meeting. I knocked on the meeting door after the secretary paged everyone in the building several times. You would think someone would step out of the meeting to help a customer. The general manager asked me what was wrong and I said I need help with my car that after 3 visits was not fixed and my warranty is ending soon. He said he was in a meeting with corporate executives and that someone outside can help me. I said no one is here outside to help me and I wanted to talk to someone above a service consultant. He asked me if I bought the car here, was it serviced here, etc. I asked him why this mattered, my car has been here 3 times while the same problem still remains and what do I do if you can not fix it before my warranty expires. He said that he will throw me off the premises with my attitude. I said all I wanted was my car fixed and some real help. He dumped me to a service consultant once again. I will update this post to let you know how the 4th attempt goes. More
This was my second visit for routine maintenance and once again my expectations were exceeded. The spark plugs and brake fluid were changed and the cost was very reasonable. Today i went to this dealership and i was really surprised at the Customer service they provide. As soon as i got there i was attended by Chris (cool dude by the way!) had my power steering wheel so surprised at the Customer service they provide. As soon as i got there i was attended by Chris (cool dude by the way!) had my power steering wheel softened up, my side mirrors changed, as well as a messed up side marker that i had on my 08 TL. Everything was well taken care of. I will from now on deal with this dealership on my further purchases since I'm an Acura Enthusiast. The great feeling i had after my car was worked on was indescribable and i will recommend this dealership to anyone who asks. Thank you Acura of Westchester for doing things so smoothly! More
