I gave a "Great" rating across the board because my recent service experience at Acura of Westchester was just that. Sal Gambitta in the Service Department couldn't have been more thorough i because my recent service experience at Acura of Westchester was just that. He stayed in contact with me throughout my car's service and clearly explained all work that was performed while my car was in their shop. I brought my 2004 TL in for service because of a warning light concerning my airbags. Everyone I spoke to at Acura of Westchester was very responsive and friendly, in particular Sal Gambitta, the service co light concerning my airbags. They quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled a follow-up at my convenience for the actual repair after a part was ordered. They also performed a general check up to detect any other issues that might require attention, which proved very helpful. The waiting area was clean and customer friedly. The repair was completed at no charge for parts or labor because it was covered under a lifetime Acura warranty. They also washed the car for free. Frankly, since I bought my first Acura in 2000, I have not had a bad experience with Acura of Westchester. More
