I bought my Acura in 3/13 and Alvin De Leon was assigned as my Service Rep. So far I have had 2 services done at Acura and each time Mr. De Leon was friendly, professional and took the time to explain to me as my Service Rep. He answered my questions and helped to make my experiences very positive. For my B1 service I was concerned about getting to work on time and he made sure that everything went smoothly and I was able to get to work on time. I recently was concerned about the VSA light popping up on my car and stopped by to get it checked out and I was glad that Alvin happened to be there because I knew that I would get good service. In 2006 I visited acura of Larchmont and met Alex Piccirillo who got me into my first car. Since then with he great help I've bought 4 cars, and even had two cars at once. Over time Alex has introduced me to Elizabeth White who made sure all my car were serviced and always 100 %, She's the best and has a great team working for her. I love acura and have been sending all my friends and family to this specific location because of the great service I receive every time I'm there. Years ago I met a young man by the name of Freyi Sterling, each time I pulled up to the service dept he was always eager to help with a smile. He would check my car and and give me the proper paper work I need to see a service provider. Over time he got promoted and was now my service provider. I was extremely happy because I know each time I came for service he would always make my visit a great one. I think that promoting Freyi was a very good decision he not only makes me feel at home with his knowledge but also his excellent customer service. On 9/16/13 I contacted Freyi about a issue I had with my tire loosing air. He immediately assured me that he would take care of my issue asap. However I had to work and could not visit this location right away. Freyi tried giving me a appointment for another day when he was off but I turned that date and time down because he would not be there to help me. Freyi was able to set up a appointment that worked for me and when I arrived I had a loaner washed and ready for me at the door. It took him 5 minutes tops and I was off running my errands, during this time he contacted me every hour on the hour to keep me posted on the work being done. Upon arriving back to acura my car was washed and my tire was fixed again, I was in and out in no time with Freyi's help. I think that Freyi does a fantastic job not only with myself but every customer he encounters and he deserves great recommendation. I look at acura as my home away from home and will continue to send all my friends and family to the Larmont location. More

I have been told during the previous visit to the service department that the windshield wipers need to be changed and won't pass inspection. Took the car for inspection and regular maintenance check few day department that the windshield wipers need to be changed and won't pass inspection. Took the car for inspection and regular maintenance check few days ago, no mention of changing the wind-shield wiper was made, instead I was told that 3 others items may need to be fixed at the cost of about $500. I will take my car to a different dealer for service next time. More
