In great need of a sign or greeter in the service Dept I bought a car at this Acura Dealer and 6 months later my boyfriend also bought an SUV here. I've made an online appointment to change one valve, on a tire that was leaking. I verified the time and information by phone the previous day. When I arrived, the Valet took information and told me to go wait inside. I noticed the service Rep. Angela wasn't at her desk and everyone else looked busy and pretty much ignored me as I walked by. 2.5 hrs later, i was wondering why a valve was taking so long! After inquiring I was told my car was outside untouched because I didn't registered for service. (This is my first visit Acura! don't assume we know the routine) Needless to said I was hungry, tired, and livid. Specially because I drove over an hour each way for service. My point is: Don't assume people know the rules, have a sign or a greeter directing you to register, this whole misunderstanding could've been avoided. More

Best Acura Dealership in NY This is my 3rd Acura from the dealership 08' TL, 11' RDX, and 13' TL-SHAWD. i would first like to express how nice and proffesional everyone is to all This is my 3rd Acura from the dealership 08' TL, 11' RDX, and 13' TL-SHAWD. i would first like to express how nice and proffesional everyone is to all people without making judgements. My sales rep who in my opinion is the best one there having worked with someone else my first time who was not great. His name is Robert Ellard or (Bobby) as everyone calls him. Bobby is someone that you can tell just by meeting and speaking with him that he is not just interested in you "to make a buck" He is an older gentleman so he is not trying to make the most money he can off of you, at the stage he is at in this point of his career he seems more interested in having a personal relationship and preserving his integrity as well as reputation. With my last purchase (lease) of my 13' TL-SHAWD, he really fought for me to get me the best price since I really wanted the AWD because I live in Westchester and also having the Tech package for luxury I was use to. He even gave me a complimentary coffee travel mug that run at about 30$ each because he knows I am a coffee lover. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase any vehicle off this lot. As for service my favorite and longest relationship at this dealership would be Thomas Maxfield or (Tommy) as I like to call him. I have been going to Tommy since my first vehicle in 2008- present and have always had a great experience. Tommy is always down to earth and tries to work with you as best he can concerning pricing and service concerns. He will alway tell you what is available to you as far as service and what discounts are offered and usually just apply them to your bill to get you the best price. I remember in 2008 with my TL I had just a bulging knot on one tire and was ready to give. I told Tommy that I really needed a new tire and at that particular moment was not in the best financial spot. He gave me the dealer price with installation etc. was about $220+ if I recall correctly but knowing my situation at the time he got me a great price and I was ever appreciative at the time thats is why I would not go to anyone else he is a people person and so down to earth. I would definetly recommend him for any service needs or questions. In conclusion if you ever stop by or purchase I would definetly recommend these two individuals hands down. Alvin has always provided me with the best customer service, especially when it came to booking a last minute service appointment. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I was always satisfied in whatever my car needed. I can't complain, he has always made it very convenient for me. Not only has he made it convenient for me, but for my family as well whom own a 2013 Acura MDX. He is also fluent in spanish, which in this case makes its easier for my mother to communicate any issues she has with her MDX.
