I never write or rate a review ever, But the professionalism and service I received from Acura of Westchester Service Consultant Chris Colucci was abo I never write or rate a review ever, But the professionalism and service I received from Acura of Westchester Service Consultant Chris Colucci was above and beyond what I ever experienced. I've been to many Lexus dealerships before which always provided great service, but never had I been this impressed with the dedication and personal attention that I received at this Dealership. I had to get my faulty alarm sensor on my 2014 MDX replaced. I arrived without an appointment on a busy Sunday morning due to my busy work schedule and Chris Colucci fit me in for the service and got me out so I would get to work on time with my car cleaned inside and out. Customer Satisfaction Dealership Having bought and leased over 5 vehicles from Acura of Westchester and being a acura owner for well over 17 years I have been to many dealerships and Having bought and leased over 5 vehicles from Acura of Westchester and being a acura owner for well over 17 years I have been to many dealerships and service facilities. I always seem to come back to Acura of Westchester for my dealer service needs. They have consistantly done work right the first time and for the right price. Of coarse my acura vehicles have rarely needed anything more then just daily maintenace to keep running like new. It has always been a pleasure returning to Acura of Westchester when ever I did need something. If your not Happy I have always found that Johnny Lee or Elizabeth White more then interested to make things right so you go away happy. There is so much more to say but I just want to keep this short. You wont find any better dealership in the tri state area for all your automotive needs. More

He is great with dealing with my service needs on my new ILX. I had an issue with body damage with my ILX and he was able to get it all sorted out and done hassle-free. Since I work a lot, I have trouble getting my car serviced but Alvin was able to get me in for my first oil change during the evening which was very convenient for me. If you ever need help in getting your Acura serviced, Alvin would definitely be the best person to go to. Overall, Acura of Westchester is a great dealership. I made a great choice. More
