I've been going to this Acura dealer for a few years and they are excellent! Everyone is always so nice and friendly, especially the manager Elizabeth. I deeply regret coming to AOW to get A2 service done on my Acura TL. After paying $200+ for maintenance, I went to leave and realized that I didn't receive a complimentary car wash as I did my last visit. my Acura TL. I brought it to my advisor's attention and after a second go, my car still wasn't cleaned up to par (Strike 1). It was already running, so I leave and later realize that I didn't get new bolts around the engine air filter after requesting them in the notes when I made my appointment. Whoever worked on my car saw it was being held in place with 1 good screw and didn't bother to replace the broken ones. I also noticed that my key fobs no longer locked/unlocked my car. The light in my glove box was no longer working either (Strike 2). So I reach out to my advisor with my issues and I come back the next day to get everything the way it was supposed to be. I was told it would cost $80 to reprogram my keys and another $25 for the glove box light bulb. I was appalled that I was being asked to pay for issues AOW caused me after servicing my vehicle the day before. I ended up paying $30 for the bolts, which should've been included in the $129 filter replacement fee I paid the day before. (Strike 3) I'm not sure if I was treated poorly because my car isn't the newest or if spending $200+ at a dealer isn't that big of a deal, but working on my car, causing issues, not taking accountability, and then trying to charge me extra to fix your mistakes is disrespectful. Therefore, I will not be returning to AOW for any type of service ever again. More

I Spoke to Michelle (service department) who guaranteed me that everything would be ok with the help of Matt (sales department) who went above and beyond to assist me. Both gave exceptional customer service and made me feel like family. I left there knowing that I made the right decision for the new year. Now I’m driving my brand new 2020 Acura ILX. Defective certified car and unable to diagnose and fix issue I bought certified preowned 2010 Acura TL from this dealership in 7/2018 but car has been giving problems couple of days after being purchased from t I bought certified preowned 2010 Acura TL from this dealership in 7/2018 but car has been giving problems couple of days after being purchased from this dealership. The car has been back to them multiple times without resolution of the original problem of the alarm going on randomly while car is parked in the drive way. Recently I spent additional 4 K on this car to get this alarming issue resolved but problem recurred anad was taken back to this dealership service center again in November. After keeping car for few days I was reassured that it problem will not recur but again this car started to alarm last night at 1145 PM waking me up and my neighbors. I have emailed dealership owner, Kenny Hicks on 10/21 about this issue but I have not received any response yet. I feel very frustrated with this dealership since they are not able to diagnose the problem besides multiple visits to their service center and after spending additional 4K in October 2019. Please help me to resolve this issue. It is so inconvenient to wake up at 3-4 AM by this car alarm to stop it from waking up our neighbors. Otherwise I may end up reporting this to BBB or IG office. I dropped off my car for some issues on vibrating steering wheel when braking on high speed. They fixed it with replacing the rotors, the brake pads and flushed the brake, and an oil change. The car I bought from them as CPO and has only 33,000 miles on it. The multipoint inspection is included but when I got back the car I notified the advisor that look like the multipoint inspection was not performed. I said this because I noticed the tires were not inflated to proper pressure. 33, 36, 36, 33 are the pressures as indicated. I haven’t check if they top off all the fluids. Total bill is a shy off $1,000. I got a loaner car, they fixed the problem, got it back on the same day, a bit pricey repair, nice staffs, missed the goal of proper multipoint inspection so I’ll give this visit a 4 star. More
