Im very busy with my work schedule and my service advisor ,Alvin DeLeon, always does his best to accommodate me. i drop the car off and I'm in a loaner car in under 10 minutes it is great. i would definitely recommend getting a car and servicing it at Acura of Westchester to everyone. Good service I had a 2009 MDX that I bought somewhere else and now my new 2014 MDX that I now bought at Acura of Westchester because of Alvin.
