Great Service! I have been getting my vehicle serviced at Acura for over 2 years but yesterday I had a perfectly smooth appointment with Alvin. He was able to get me I have been getting my vehicle serviced at Acura for over 2 years but yesterday I had a perfectly smooth appointment with Alvin. He was able to get me a loaner after being told none would be available for weeks! He was very polite, helpful and personable, even giving my son a coloring book. He called in the time frame he said he would and even drove my car through the washer himself, as it was late and the car washers were gone for the day. I returned right before closing and Alvin was still there and still very courteous as well as the cashier Michelle. Safe to say I will schedule subsequent appointments with Alvin. More

Shannon saves the day! After an unfortunate incident with an auto parts store installing a battery backwards and causing over $2200 worth of damage to my TSX, I went to Acur After an unfortunate incident with an auto parts store installing a battery backwards and causing over $2200 worth of damage to my TSX, I went to Acura of Westchester for the repairs. Shannon was instrumental in not only procuring payment from the auto parts store, but getting the new parts ordered and the car repaired before my business trip. She was very professional and communicated with me during the fiasco, alleviating much of my stress. I'm grateful to her for being so involved and making sure my car was safe for travel.
