Johnny Lee quickly arranged repair service and it took less than one hour to fix the problem. They didn't charge me a penny. I've had my mdx for about a year and serviced it twice. Shannon Lemon is fantastic to work with; Polite, professional and always putting the customer first. I've owned Infiniti and lexus before. I didn't tell him I am a cancer patient and had an appointment in NYC at noon (I'm not one for taking chances with a Manhattan ticket, they are sooo expensive). Thanks to the friendly fast service I was able not only to make it to my appointment on time and have time for lunch with no worries about getting ticketed. More

Acura wanted to come and inspect because of my low mileage 41,520 (almost 6 years old) it was a very costly item to be covered under warrantee. But Tom walked them thru the inspection and got an immediate ok to replace it. Just a note you Acura owners-GET YOUR EXTENDED WARRANTEE- DO NOT LET IT LAPSE. This would have been a very expensive part & labor if not for my extending my Warrantee ! Cannot say enough about Acura of Westchester staff and service-it is my 3rd Acura and would never change dealerships!! More
