Inside, the staff is very professional and attentive. Alvin always goes extra miles and always ask if there is something else I want them to check on my car. He makes sure my car is deliver to me nicely washed, cleaned and on time. Elizabeth is always there making sure that all customers are completely satisfied with their service visit. She also is responsible of having a clean and quiet environment while we wait for our vehicle. More

My latest appointment was with Juan Cordon. During our conversation, Juan mentioned that he was "new" to the service area. However, I assured him that he not only met but exceeded my expectations. I had a follow-up question for him and he provided the info I requested right away.......he even replied to an email I sent him at 9:30pm! Juan might be "new" to the service area but he defintely conducted himself like a seasoned veteran! Acura of Westchester is a great dealership!
