I bought my Acura from the dealership 4 years ago and although I've owned many cars, this is the best service experience I've ever had. Every person there is dedicated to your satisfaction. Let's face it, servicing a car is usually not the most pleasant experience, but at Acura, they do everything possible to make it not only easy, but something that puts a smile on your face. I've had a few service advisers and they were all great, but Shannon takes the top prize. She must have tons of customers, but I felt like her top priority and she really went the extra mile for me. I can't say enough to thank her for looking out for my best interests. I feel really good being in such great hands! More

Service team is excellent too. Both Chris Colucci is my assigned rep and always takes great care of me and our cars, but he was off on my last visit and Beth Hicks picked up right where he would have and did a great job getting the car in and out on a warranty repair in less than a day. I'm writing after my most recent service visit, but really am commending Acura Westchester on their entire body of work. From top to bottom, they run their business the way you wish every car dealer did. Recommend them highly! More

Beth Hicks, my service consultant on this visit was really friendly and professional, made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked up to the counter to speak to her. I didn't want to wait long, so I declined the offer for the complimentary car wash. To my surprise my car was serviced and washed in a timely manner. Although I had only scheduled an annual inspection, I mentioned a couple of other concerns when I arrived for my appointment. Beth Hicks was very professional and made sure that all of my concerns were addressed. Perhaps most importantly, she kept me informed of the status of my car and the progress of my various service requests. After Acura moved out of NYC, I went to a couple of non-Acura dealers for service in NYC because of the convenience but I ended up having frustrating experiences and ultimately spent more time than I do now driving up to Acura in Larchmont where I can trust that I will be treated fairly and honestly. More
