If you could go anywhere else to get your car serviced, I advise to. I will now avoid this dealership at all cost. They promise you things, and you can have them recorded, and they refuse to Honor their promises or budge to keep customers. Here's an Idea, Customers pay your paycheck, and keep you in business. Treat them right. This place has left a Very BAD taste in my mouth! More

Top Notch Service Consultant I had to bring my car in at 7pm for an emergency battery problem. I was delighted that the service department was open until 9pm! As soon as I arriv I had to bring my car in at 7pm for an emergency battery problem. I was delighted that the service department was open until 9pm! As soon as I arrived, Beth Hicks, the lone service consultant at that hour, immediately took care of me. While they got right to work on the car, Beth offered me some of her own tea with honey stashed in her desk. The car was fixed and I was out of there in less than an hour. Outstanding service! More

Great Experience I owned a 2005 Acura TL and I loved that car so much I didn't think I was ready to let go... On 1/30/16, my 2005 my car was towed in after I was stran I owned a 2005 Acura TL and I loved that car so much I didn't think I was ready to let go... On 1/30/16, my 2005 my car was towed in after I was stranded in the middle of the road - driving my daughter to school for a weekend activity. When I arrive at the dealership my heart told me it was time to let go. When I met Jose, he could tell I was nervous and very apprehensive about replacing my car. I was really worried about having a new payment since my daughter is starting college this Fall. Jose, was very patient with me and my indecisiveness. In the end I decided to go for it and purchase a 2015 TLX which I know I will love as much as my loved my 2005 TL. Jose's knowledge of the different models and dealer inventory was amazing! I had a ton of questions and concerns and he addressed them all with such professionalism and patience. I was able to trade in my 2005 TL for a fair value. I will definitely recommend Jose and this dealership to anyone I know who is in the market for an Acura! In my opinion this is the BEST Acura dealer in Westchester. More

The best customer service experience!!! Beth is great. When I first arrived, she greeted me with the outmost respect and friendliness. I came in for regular service on my vehicle, and I had an appointment with a different service consultant, but she was not in yet. So, Beth offered to help right away. There was a mistake with my account, for some reason my vehicle was showing under a different name. She did not want to delay my commute to work, so he got me a loaner and offered to fix my account and follow with me. She called me at work to let me know that my account had been fixed and to follow up on my vehicle findings. When I arrived at the service center to pick up my vehicle, again she greeted me with the outmost friendliness. All my car needed was perfectly done. My only concerned was the washing of the car, I think that the car wash was not up to an Acura. Overall, Beth did a great job. I finally found a service consultant that I know I can fully rely on with my vehicle. More

Superb service from Juan Cordon! I brought my car in unexpectedly on a Saturday morning because my car battery had died the night before. After getting a jump I was still concerned wh I brought my car in unexpectedly on a Saturday morning because my car battery had died the night before. After getting a jump I was still concerned why the battery would die so soon only after having the car for a little over a year. Once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Juan Cordon who eagerly offered to assist me. I shared with him my concerns and questions and he thoroughly answered every question. He assured me that the car would be serviced but that it may be a bit of a wait. I appreciated his honesty. Mr Cordon also pointed out to me that my warranty was soon to expire and recommended that I extend it. I was not aware of this and thanked him for informing me. Additionally, I was curious to know what would be my payments if I got out the lease early and or traded to another car. He provided me all my answers but also had me sit down with a salesman for clarity and precise recommendations on what I should do. I was blown away at the service Mr Cordon provided me. He is exceptional!! His customer service is impeccable!! He is is extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient! I looking forward to working with him in all of my future appointments. Acura of Westchester, Juan Cordon is the real deal!!! More
