Acura of Westchester gets an A++++ in thir sales department. We went there browse at their presidents day sale and bought a car on the spot. Since then we have purchased 3 cars from Acura of Westc department. We went there browse at their presidents day sale and bought a car on the spot. Since then we have purchased 3 cars from Acura of Westchester all from Daniel Giannotti. Daniel is the best sales man, he is professional and courteous. There is no games and or gimics, Just the best deal and service with a smile. We have referred numerous friends and family to Daniel to experience the difference at Acura of Westchester and we too will be going back shortly as my husband wants an RL. More

Acura of Westchester gets an A++++ from my husband and I. The service we receive is exceptional. We went to Acura of Westchester by accident in 2004 and the service we received made us customers for life. The service we receive is exceptional. Whenever we went for service/ maintainence, we are greeted immediately, followed by a detailed explanation of the work needed then a follow up phone calls to provide additional information and or recommendations. The staff is professional and courteous and knowlegeble of their product. We have recommended numerous family members and friends to Acura of Westchester, so they too can expericence gold standard service. More

I never been treated so well in a car dealership before I felt very comfortable buying a car from them. My friend purchased a car from them and sent me there to see Danny Giannotti who was such a pleasure to felt very comfortable buying a car from them. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. As usual when you walk in they are so nice and want to help with everything. Once the deal was made everything went downhill. The day I went to pick up my car I noticed the rear tailight was cracked and they tried to fix it by glueing it. This is a brand new 2009 tsx we are talking about, that is totally unprofessional. When i told the sales man he was so nasty his name was Dave def. stay away from him he is a nasty salesman. They assured me the light would be ordered asap and I would have it soon. Its been 3 weeks since I had the car and nothing no light or no call. Stay away from this dealership!!! More
