I could not have asked for a friendlier sales person than Brianna who was beyond patient with me. I originally wanted the LDX but quickly learned the color I wanted had been discontinued. As picky as I am, Brianna managed to find me the perfect car that included all of the little things I had requested. She was easy to talk to, very realistic & did noot feed me a bunch of sales mumbo jumbo! When all was said & done, I was able to literally drive my new TL home that very day. (And it was a Saturday). Buying a car can be very stressful & if I didn't have the right person to walk me through the process, the results may not have been the same. More

Their accommodation begins with my call in -- sometimes just a regular service call, other times in emergency. They get right to the problem and set me up with an appointment at my convenience. They have even lengthened their service days and added weekends. Liz White listens to my concerns and makes sure that the mechanics check them all out. If the car needs to be worked on overnight, she arranges a loaner car or has me driven to work and picked up afterwards. The waiting area is very comfortable, with TV, coffee and refreshments. I have never had to take the car back because of a bad repair or incomplete service. I will never buy a car anywhere else! More

I informed him that I needed to pick up my new RDX at 9:00am and Frankie came in an hour before his scheduled time so that my vehicle would be ready when I arrived. Although he had a meeting scheduled that morning he took his time explaining how the vehicle worked, especially the navigation system. At no time did I feel like he rushed his time with me. Frankie even cleaned off some fingerprint smudges before I left the dealership so I would have a perfectly clean vehicle.
