Staff was always friendly and helpful. I signed a new (my 3rd) lease with them and again, they made the process go smoothly, they did all the leg work for making the transition to my new car. I went to the dealer with a very specific new car, trade-in and price in mind. The sales rep and managers worked with me to find a good arrangement. This was my second experience with Acura of Westchester and they are both very professional and friendly at the same time. They were very patient and explained everything I asked in detail. I must have called them a dozen times with questions and concerns and they were always very responsive and helpful too. Vincent who I believe is there less than one year was a great salesman. I felt he was very honest and NOT pushy at all which I admire. Kenny Hicks the GM was also great to deal with and I believe did the best he could for me and I am very very happy right now. Thanks to everyone at Acura! More
