By far in over 40 years of buying car's this was the worst experience I have ever encountered. I was lied to by the Manager- Tony DellaPietro and The Finance Director-Alex Piccirillo. Originally they told me it was a certain rate. Then I go into Alex and he tells me the rate was now a lower rate. Thought that would make me happy. And it did at the time. I then learned from my a friend at Honda Financial that they lied to me. The rate was significantly lower then Alex told me. They also lied to Honda Financial telling them I was going to put down more money then I said I was. By doing this the dealer makes more money charging me a higher finance rate vs the lower rate I actually qualified for. Again, please know I found this out from a friend at Honda Financial - as I had a bad feeling about this dealership - but wanted the car Bottom line- ended up buying the car at another dealership who was honest from the outset. More

It was a very pleasant and easy experience to lease my new MDX. i didnt have to do any paperwork, everyone was very friendly and i had my car in 24 hours. The sales consultant was excellent, and made the whole experience excellent. He was in contact with my father and responded immediately to all my fathers emails. After reviving the car, it was washed and the sales consultant showed me everything in the car along with setting up everything in the car. He made the process easy.
