With Ron's help and assistance, I eventually decided on financing a certified pre-owned RDX. Ron guided me in my decision by thoroughly answering all of my many questions, giving me advice as to different options, and provided me with specific details as to everything associated with the vehicle I was choosing. Ron was consistently professional, efficient, and knowledable, and it was a pleasant experience. Overall, everyone at Acura of Westchester was extremely helpful and friendly. Ron was respecful and curtious. At Acura of Westchester there was no pressure. Ron made himself available at all times during the process. Both Ron and the service department went out of their way to accomodate my needs in the purchase of a used Acura MDX to ensure it was safe and reliable before picking up. Furthermore, they beat all competitors in terms of price and trade-in value for my vehicle. I already referred multiple people who had purchased and leased with both Ron and the staff and will be sending many more there way. Unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. We went in looking for a used car and we met Dave who seemed very nice and began looking through their inventory. He checked his listing sheet and we ve went in looking for a used car and we met Dave who seemed very nice and began looking through their inventory. He checked his listing sheet and we ventured out into the hot sun to check them out. We found one that my husband liked better than the rest and we proceeded to take it for a test drive. After the drive we followed Dave inside to work on numbers and go over details. All of a sudden as we were sitting at his desk he seemed surprised as if seeing something on his listing sheet for the first time and told us this car said it was sold. He got up to check with his manager as he was confused by this, as were we, and came back and shared that there had been a customer who left a deposit on this vehicle, but that he was waiting on some sort of settlement and still needed more time. Dave said they wanted to sell this car and if we were interested in leaving a deposit and picking it up this week, the car was ours. In fact, since this seemed strange to us and I didn't want to be a person essentially "stealing this car away from someone else who was there and left a deposit first" the assistant manager came over himself to assure us that they had not heard from this man and this car was absolutely free and for sale and available to us. Upon hearing this we continued with all of the paperwork and were so excited that we found the car we wanted! I again, made sure with Dave that since we were signing papers and leaving a deposit, this car was ours and we had nothing to worry about and again he told us that this was our car and there was nothing to worry about and they would in fact locate another vehicle for this other guy because he still had some time before getting his settlement. The deal seemed done, papers were signed, the deposit was left and it was written that we were picking up the car at 6pm on Tuesday (this was on Sunday). Monday morning my husband received a call from Dave during which he told him that he needed to understand that his deposit was the second one left and they do need to give the other guy more time to see if he was taking the car. My husband was obviously confused by this and Dave told him not to worry and still to proceed like we were picking the car up the next day etc. A few hours later his phone rang again and this time Dave was calling to tell him that in fact this other man was buying the car and that he would be willing to speak with him about the other cars that were still available. At this point my husband simply wanted his deposit back as this was completely unprofessional and wrong on many levels. Dave did not offer an apology or explain what in fact had happened. We are waiting for the credit to come through on his account and as of this time it has still yet to appear on his account online. We are hopeful that it will be showing up very soon as we do not want to have to deal with this dealership yet again for any reason, let alone to get our money back. We are extremely disappointed and do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Update: I called to inquire as to where my deposit refund was and Dave said that the general manager (Ken H.) wanted to speak to me. He was very apologetic and tried to make things right. He said that the way things were handled is not the way he conducts business and it should have never happened. He said that he would help find me a car and give me a great deal. I had already found another Acura at a nearby dealer so he said that he would do the first service of that car for free. I was refunded my deposit and got a great car. I have only heard good things about this dealership but unfortunately I had a bad experience. Really seems like the general manager is running a quality place. More

My experience at Acura of Westchester was a pleasant one with no comparison to other Acura dealerships I’ve visited. I was in the market for the new 2012 Acura TL. The sales person I dealt with was Brianna with no comparison to other Acura dealerships I’ve visited. I was in the market for the new 2012 Acura TL. The sales person I dealt with was Brianna Tozzo who was a delight. She had a very good service attitude and seemed to effortlessly enjoy serving her customer and representing her company. There were no scripted sales pitches and she carried herself like a person, not a robot. She was very structured in her approach. At the beginning, Brianna made her presence known, but was not overly aggressive. She showed she was in charge and if needed, she would be the go to person. I made numerous trips to Acura of Westchester and Brianna was always well informed of the latest in the world of Acura. She had knowledge of newest vehicles to come in, improvements made compared to the older models and she was sharp when going over vehicle rates. She also always referred to me by name and focused on my needs rather than what I didn’t want. Indirectly, she seemed to try to make my experience better with every visit - That’s something I didn’t experience at other Acura dealerships. One dealership that I visited didn’t have one sales person ask if I needed help, another had a sales person that didn’t have any answers. Brianna was helpful in my decision making process by giving helpful suggestions with my interest at mind and not her personal interest and always asked for feedback. Acura of Westchester was able to get me the car I wanted, in the price range I wanted to be. Even after my deal was finalized, I was kept in the loop. Brianna kept in contact keeping me constantly informed up until time of vehicle pickup and followed up with a thank you phone call a day after (very appreciated!). Overall, Acura of Westchester maintained an atmosphere of excellence. All staff worked together and showed that anything less than the best was unacceptable. Thank you More
