I was in the market for a Acura CPO MDX and happened to see a low miles MDX at this dealership. My sales contact was Frankie Ferraro -- I live in NJ and actually was hesitant to go to a dealer about 100 mi see a low miles MDX at this dealership. To be honest, the only reason I considered this dealership was due to the fact that this dealership had an MDX with really low miles. Long story short, I am glad I did the 100 mile hike. I expressed my time constraint concerns for picking up the vehicle to Frank and he and Liam made sure I was in and out as quickly as possible. I have been leasing vehicles for over 15 years and this was the vehicle to Frank and he and Liam made sure I was in and out as quickly as possible. Frank not only took the time to review all of the features in the vehicle, but took some extra time to determine why my mobile phone was not able to work with the great features the new MDX has to offer. He insisted I come back if I ever got a new phone and he would help me pair it at that time.
