We have looked for some months at different cars, we put our eyes on the TL and decided to visit this Acura dealer bc of good reviews online. We had a very open communication and explained our finances and what we can pay, Kelly Made it happen!! My fiancé and I felt like we were working with a friend bc of how confortable she made us feel, so much that we wanted to buy the car bc we wanted her to get our money!!! Liam Pelley at Acura of Westchester not only knew everything there was to know about our new Acura MDX, but he was extremely helpful in our sales process while at the same time not at all pushy. I can honestly say that we would not have bought there if not for Liam. But the most amazing thing about Liam happened a full 2 1/2 years after buying our MDX, when just the other day the car had its battery changed and as a result was requiring us to enter a code in order for our navigation system to operate. We called Acura customer service multiple times, but to no avail. We called two or three local dealers to us, but no one was willing to take the time to really hear our story or do what they could to help out. On a whim, we called Liam at his desk at Acura of Westchester, and within maybe three minutes he had our code for us. Liam is truly a standout among all of the sales personnel I have worked with over buying many many cars in my day, and his dedication to top notch customer service really shows through during the sales process.
