My wife and I would like to share our experience with Acura of Westchester and our leasing consultant, Brianna Tozzo. We recently leased our third TSX from this dealership (our second with Brianna) and Acura of Westchester and our leasing consultant, Brianna Tozzo. We recently leased our third TSX from this dealership (our second with Brianna) and can honestly say that Acura of Westchester is the only Acura dealership that we will ever go to. Having worked with Brianna twice, she has proven to be very friendly, knowledgeable about Acura's vehicles and patient with our decision making. Also, she conducts herself in a professional manner, is considerate of our needs and budget, and goes out of her way to help us and make the process as easy as possible. When we work with Brianna, the only thing we have to worry about is which color to pick. We also believe that we have received excellent pricing on our leases at Acura of Westchester. Prior to leasing our second TSX, we visited another well known Acura dealer in Westchester. When we informed this dealer of the price quoted by Acura of Westchester, they replied, "I can't touch that." Ken Hicks and his team have always made an effort to offer us a lease at a great price, and we are confident that they will continue to do so. Since we've had such a good experience, our decision to work only with Brianna and Acura of Westchester is an easy one, and we highly recommend both to anyone in the market for an Acura. More
Brianna was a complete joy to work with in such an important decision as getting a new car. I had some specific requirements that were not the norm and she patiently answered each and every one of my important decision as getting a new car. I had some specific requirements that were not the norm and she patiently answered each and every one of my questions, while providing me different options on how best to satisfy my unique needs. She is organized, on top of things, says what she means and means what she says, follows through with and delivers what is promised and does it all with a smile. She was so patient with me and worked within my time frame. She made the entire process not just painless, but actually enjoyable. Not only is Brianna professional and knowledeable, but she also has a warm quality about her that makes you feel like your getting your guidance from your best friend; she gives you straight answers and bends over backwards to meet individual requirements. She also adds nice personal touches throughout the entire transaction, getting just as excited about your new purchase as you are. She truely is one of a kind and I look forward to working with her on every car I get in the future. I reccomed her to everyone: family, friends, co-workers...YOU! If you're looking to get a new car, you'd be silly to deal with anyone but Acura of Westchester, especially Brianna. Thanks for everything! More
Today was my first oil change for my 2008 Acura TL. I have to be honest, I made the appt last week but I've rescheduled everyday until today, Wednesday, January 25th. Every time I called to reschedule I was never even questioned why I've rescheduled so many times, which was such a pleasure. Back to my first oil change visit...Freyi Sterling, in the service department was the serrvice agent that helped me. He is very professional and personable. I asked him to please find Liam Tully from the sales department so that I can say hello since he was the one who set up my lease back in August. Liam remembered my old car I traded in..PT Cruiser and he even remembered that my husband wanted to get a Acura truck, which is so amazing being it has been so long. He also discussed my mileage lease questions that I had and he even took the time out to connect the Bluetooth from my new phone to my car. While waiting for my oil change and car wash, Freyi continued to update me on the status of my car and he wanted to be sure that I wasn't waiting too long and believe me, I didn't wait long at all. Both, Liam and Freyi are very professional and treated me like they've known me forever....and that's a wonderful feeling. My husband and I have now leased three MDX's from Acura of Westchester. We were very disappointed that the lovely salesman Peter that we had dealt with for the first two has now changed his career. We recently received a call from Brianna Tozzo letting us know she is there to help us if we are looking to turn in our vehicle and get a new one. Now who whould not be thrilled to do that!! I was very specific about what we needed and that we were not willing to increase our expense. Brianna definately put herself out to try and please us but was just not able to meet our needs. I totally understood and let her know that sometimes things change and feel free to contact me when she thought she could satisfy our need. One month later there was delightful, cheery Brianna on the phone telling us to come in to the showroom that she has the exact car we want at the right price. I am most embarrassed to say that naturally I doubted her and figured she just wants us to come down and we will probably accept an offer that was now a little closer to our need. NOPE, not the case, she was on target, stuck to her word, did it with smiles and giggles and truly made this such an enjoyable experience. We totally loved Brianna and hope to deal with her in car stress forever more. I must compliment the dealership as well. We have had three of their wonderful autos and have seriously not had one complaint in all these years. All the salespeople are lovely and lovely to each other and that is quite refreshing. Sorry for my lengthy compliment but I truly cannot say enough about Brianna and her joyous professional demeanor and the very upstanding dealership she works for. It is just a pleasure to do business with them. More

My experience at Acura of Westchester was very positive. Everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is professional. I felt that they listened to what I wanted, not what they wanted to sell me. I was in the market for a few different luxury brands and did my research and fair amount of shopping around. This is coming from a returning Acura customer who has used a different dealer for many of my other Acuras. My salesperson, Kelly, managed to keep me with Acura and got me a price that blew away even my original dealer had offered. She was very approachable, non-pressuring, and it was hands down one of the best experiences I've had. In fact, I even made a decision to put a deposit the day I came in to meet with her, which I've never done before! I love my 2012 TL and Kelly was nice enough to text me pictures of it, the license plates, and even keep in touch with me to assure me she had everything under control as I awaited delivery of my car. The day I picked it up, Kelly knew the ins and outs of the car and had me on my way in no time. Thank you so much , Acura of Westchester! You've gained a loyal customer out of me!! More
