I have had a TSX for almost 3 years and I recently worked with Anthony and traded it in for a new 3 year lease on a beautiful and new RDX. I recently leased an RDX, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience! This is my second Acura; I leased my first one, a TSX, at a dealership in Connecticut, with whom I thought I couldn't be with the entire experience! This is my second Acura; I leased my first one, a TSX, at a dealership in Connecticut, with whom I thought I couldn't be happier....until I met Liam Tully and Frank Ferraro. Liam was so knowledgable, and receptive to my needs. There were no attempts at upselling, or convincing me to consider things outside of what I'd listed. He took the time to really listen and get to know my priorities in leasing a car, and exceeded my expectations in fulfilling each one. He also explained some of the more complicated aspects of leasing, and my various options, in ways that made sense...something NO car dealer, in my 20 years of driving, has ever done. Frank was also so helpful in arranging my car pick up. I have a complicated work schedule, and Frank even offered to come drop my new car off! (I ended up being able to pick it up at the dealership, but it's yet another example of ways in which Liam, Frank, and the entire staff at Acura of Westchester look for ways to accomodate their clients, and meet the varied needs that each of their customers have.) I am beyond satisfied with the car I leased, and feel that it was the best choice for my style and needs as a driver. I would not have selected it had it not been for Liam and Frank.
