Acura of Westchester

i just recently purchased a 2009 acura rl from a hyundai dealership. i was kinda uneasy about the whole purchase because the car wasn't purchased from acura dealership. I called and spoke to sal and told him about my concerns and he scheduled a appt to get my car thoroughly inspected . He also told me that he would be off and that chris would take care of me. Once i got there chris was very helpful i told him that the leather on my door panel was messed up. I asked could he check and see if that was covered under warranty. He told me he would look into it and also was given a loaner car until my car was ready. Once my car was finished chris gave me a call ad told me he ordered the door panel free of charge and that the car was in great shape. i went to the dealership expecting the worse and chris took care of me the right way. The only service i had done to the car was an oil change for 28.00. This dealership sets the standard for how all dealership should be run. Once i'm ready to make another big purchase i will definitely be purchasing from acura of westchester. Before i left i went upstairs to inquire anout an extended warranty and vincent paciariello proceeded to help me . He remembered me from a few weeks back when i was looking for a car . i asked him about the extended warranty and he asked me where did i get my car loan from. He advised me that i should fill out a financing application and he will see if he can beat the rate and also tie the warranty into the financing.I haven't received a call back yet but i am sure he is working on it. The process of purchasing my MDX could not have been easier. Rob took care of everything and couldn't have been more accommodating. They did not apply any pressure tactics you often get when working wi easier. Rob took care of everything and couldn't have been more accommodating. He offered to pick me up at the train and took some time to walk me through every feature of the car, including hooking up the bluetooth connection to my phone. The only negative I have to offer is the fact that Rob is a Viking fan, but nobody's perfect. Despite that fact, I would still highly recommend working with him and this dealership in the future. On August 2, 2012 I walked into Acura of Westchester to service my 2005 TL. I drove out with a new 2012 TL! As we all know, it’s all too common to run into an obnoxious car salesperson, who is only interested in receiving his/her comm pleasure to work with. I had to rush in buying a car before moving away for school in Texas and Rich Link was so helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. My Sales Rep was Anthony Mead who is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient especially with an indecisive first time car owner such as myself. He would call me periodically to see if I decided to purchase and at no time did I feel rushed or pressured. He was also great in putting together a package that fit well into my budget. Turn around was very quick and I couldn't be happier. The overall dealership could work on greeting/welcome for clients when they walk through the door that would greatly improve their overall "friendliness".
