When I finally made a decision to pursue the possibilities of getting a new car, it was recommended that I contact Briana Tozzo at Acura of Westchester. I called the dealership, set an appointm possibilities of getting a new car, it was recommended that I contact Briana Tozzo at Acura of Westchester. I called the dealership, set an appointment to meet with her and anticipated the date. On the day of the appointment, Ms. Tozzo called to reschedule, citing the fact that she wanted to give me her undivided attention. My initial thoughts were, okay here we go, but oh boy was I wrong. She was promptly finishing up with another customer and was free to work solely with me…I felt special and we had never met! There was no pressure, just professional, efficient attention to all of my questions and my interest in a particular model - the Acura ILX. Briana took time to explain the terms available to me and worked with Frank in the finance department to get me a great deal. I left feeling extremely knowledgeable and confident in my decision to continue my dealings with Acura of Westchester. On the day of delivery, my new car was clean and ready to drive out of the dealership. The Finance Department Staff (Kelly) was fully prepared, my paperwork was neatly typed and took they the time to explain all of the details and patiently answered my questions. I was never pressured and was always treated as a valued customer. I have found a “MY” dealership and will always return and I highly recommend Acura of Westchester when you are ready to get your next car. BTW - I Love My New Car!!! More

Kelly was a friendly professional right from the beginning. She was very knowledgeable with handling my questions and concerns about leasing my 2013 MDX. Can't say enough about Jonathan and Acura of Westchester. Jonathan is professional, is an expert on all the cars we discussed. When I contacted Kelly, she immediately called me back with information on the vehicles they had on the lot. Then she followed up with a detailed email and finally, she continued to email me beyond busine with information on the vehicles they had on the lot. Then she followed up with a detailed email and finally, she continued to email me beyond business hours. We traveled from central connecticut to view their cars and were not disappointed. John made sure we knew all about the car, patiently helped us make our decision, took care of my 4 year old while we filled out paperwork and most importantly, offered us the best price for the vehicle we ultimately purchased. Kelly delivered our car and took the necessary time to explain every detail. I would certainly travel the distance for any service needs, as well as the purchase of any future cars. More

This dealership is very friendly and professional. Our lease was about to expire on an older Acura that we had leased from them and Rich Link, our previous salesperson, called us to see if we wanted to co lease was about to expire on an older Acura that we had leased from them and Rich Link, our previous salesperson, called us to see if we wanted to come in to replace it with a new Acura. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He knew his product thoroughly and described any new features that were not on our last model. He described the different engine and suggested we take a test ride. He was a great sales person, on top of things, but not overbearing. He gave us a chance to ask questions and had the answers to all of them. We felt the pricing on the new lease was fair. When we came to pick up the car, Rich was very patient and took as much time as necessary to explain all of the features. He has since followed up and I plan to meet him again to go over a few things I don't understand. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. More
