This was my first service appointment for my new car. I was excited. I was there to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I had some questions about the cars performance and an issue with the stereo. was excited. I was there to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I had some questions about the cars performance and an issue with the stereo. When I pulled up for service, the lot is so cluttered with cars, you couldn't even park and walk in. There was no one tending the lot with direction. I just left my car blocking other cars from proceeding just so I could go inside to check in. I would think that an operation this size would have someone tending the lot. Just totalling unsatisfactory. The lot was "chaos" ok $55.00 for an oil change and correct a problem with the stereo. I couldn't wait around, I reiterated to the person servicing me that I had previously scheduled to have a loaner available. He said oh yeah and said he had a TSX available. When the car was presented to me 1. The car wasn't even cleaned...it was a white TSX however, the car looked like it hadn't been washed in 3 or 4 weeks. It was so dirty you could see 100 finger prints on the truck lid. 2. The interior of the car hadn't been cleaned either. Just an unpleasant experience all round. There was a rotten apple in the cup holder. JUST GROSS!!! When I returned the loaner car, no pleasantries, just "go see the cashier" The cashier was nice, friendly and organized. No one talked to me about what was done to the car or whether the issue with the stereo was addressed/resolved. NOTHING!! I will NEVER return to this dealership. Our conversation with Danny served to confirm that this dealership is unique in our experience. He also was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. There seemed to be none of the sales manipulation that I have experienced so often in purchasing cars. Of course they are interested in selling me a car and we all know that, but they do it in a direct and respectful manner. They were also extraordinarily customer service oriented and negotiated generously and easily. I love that each customer is assigned a service person for repairs and upkeep that will work with them throughout the life of the car. I give them the highest rating possible! More
We visited all three Westchester Acura dealers in our pursuit of a new 2013 RDX. Our final stop and where we purchased was from Acura of Westchester. Brianna Tozzo was friendly and listened to what we needed. There was no typical auto dealer nonsense (those dealers will remain nameless) and we worked out a quick deal. It is sad that this is a rare occurence when purchasing a car today but thankfully our experience with Acura of Westchester was great. I am looking forward to our first service with them and will review that when the time comes. More

They worked with me to make sure that the process ran smoothly, took care of the paperwork, and had the new car cleaned and ready on time. There were no bumps in the road or complications in the process. When I picked up the phone earlier today, Kelly took extra care to pair my phone to the bluetooth, make sure I knew how the systems worked, and send me off with a smile on my face and eager to enjoy my new car.
