Best Acura dealer in the Tri-State area by far. Been going to Acura of Larchmont for the pass few years for service and parts and I always leave there happy. After reading multiple reviews I am very surprised by the experience I had with Acura of Westchester. Not one salesperson attempted to speak with me or make any contact whatsoever. My husband and I walked experience I had with Acura of Westchester. Not one salesperson attempted to speak with me or make any contact whatsoever. My husband and I walked around the lot for about 15 minutes without as much as a smile from any of the salespeople. We were never offered any assistance nor were we even greeted. Everyone just pretty much looked at us as we walked from vehicle to vehicle. One employee did put on his jacket and come out but he never said anything. He simply walked over to one of the vehicles and did whatever he was doing. I decided to take my money elsewhere and its unfortunate because I really had my heart set on Acura. I've never experienced such poor customer service when visiting a car dealership. I arrived totally excited and left totally disappointed. It really makes me wonder what the reasoning is behind this since Acura of Westchester's website pretty much guarantees customer satisfaction. More
We have been going to Acura of Westchester for almost 20 yrs. We have bought or leased our last 10 cars from them. The service is great and when we go there we are treated like family. At most car dealerships employee turnover is usually high but at Acura of Westchester it's always good to see the same faces year after year. That says a lot about a dealership when their employees are their for a long time it means that they are treated well and in turn they treat their customers well too. Rob and Kelly are always there to help us with all our needs and listen to what we want and make it happen with smiles on their faces. They are always professional and well versed in all the information they need to make a good deal. We have sent many of our friends here and will continue to do so. More
Kelly worked very hard during the snowstorm to get us our car on time. When I went to look for Kelly after visiting the Finance Dept. I coulnd't find Kelly. I have to get home. AS I stepped out into the driving snow I found Kelley all bundled up putting on our new License plates. WOW! talk about service. I wanted to start off this review by saying that I NEVER do online reviews. Based on my recent experience with both Brianna and Acura of Westchester, I had to take the five minutes to give them both the kud do online reviews. I used to hate car shopping because of how long it takes and because of the run-around you usually get from most dealerships. The entire process to trade-in my old vehicle and to get my new one took only 3 hours!!!! UNBELIEVABLE! Brianna was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgable. She didn't try to upsell me and even made recommendations on how to save money and what accessories were worth buying. I am a life long Acura customer! Make sure you go see Brianna when it's time to buy your next car! More

I am a sedan person myself 4 door sports cars are what i love but for this specific purchase I was looking for an SUV. My wife told me its either a family or a sports car so i chose family. This was the hardest decision for me because I didn't like any SUV's!! Acura of Westchester was my last stop for car dealers and man was i happy i went there. First of all I need to be sold on a car, purchasing a car is a big deal and thats exactly how i felt at A.O.W. As soon as i walked in I was greeted and made comfortable by Richard Link. I had a million question and he was able to answer everything. Other dealers I went too could care less whether i was looking for a car or not and those that did bother to try to sell me a car had nothing against my knowledge on motor sports but at A.O.W. everyone knew what they were talking about. I instantly fell in love with a 2010 MDX the first SUV i actually liked and now i can say love i've had it for a month and trust me it is a beast its like a sports car wrapped in this luxurious spacious truck. Every now and then Richard gives me a call just to see how things are with me and the car and if everything is going well and that makes me feel like i made the right choice purchasing my vehicle from Acura of Westchester. I would definitely recommend Acura of Westchester and Richard Link to anyone. More
I am completely thrown back by the IMPECCABLE customer service we received from Kelly on our recent purchase. From my years of purchasing and leasing cars such as BMW, Audi, Honda and Lexus, I have never service we received from Kelly on our recent purchase. From my years of purchasing and leasing cars such as BMW, Audi, Honda and Lexus, I have never come across a sales rep that has taken care of the process from beginning to end with such thoroughness and ease like her. This is my fourth purchasing experience with Acura of Westchester. When I came to the dealership I had some issues that I had to overcome in order to get properly financed. Both Ken Hicks, Alex the Fin Westchester. When I came to the dealership I had some issues that I had to overcome in order to get properly financed. Both Ken Hicks, Alex the Finance Manager and Frank the Finance Manager worked hard to get me the loan that I needed. After taking care of my finance issues, I was handed off to Anthony Rodia. Anthony is a true gentleman. He took a lot of time and gave me a lot of personal attention. Anthony was happy to take me for a test drive and help me decide what model would best suit my needs. Anthony took me through the process until he saw that I was comfortable with the model. price, and options of the vehicle of my choice. He then handed me off to the professional finance staff. I cannot even begin to explain how helpful they were. I find, when you walk into the dealership, everyone has a smile and a hello for me. I was treated like a member of the family. Thank you to the entire staff from Ken on down to the workers that prepped my vehicle. One final note, I wanted to give a special thank you to Anthony for staying late into the day to insure that I knew how to use all of the features of my new vehicle. This is my first Acura purchase. I was hesitant at first to buy an Acura since I had a GMC Yukon Denali which I loved. When I came to the dealership I was immediately greeted by Mr. Richard Link who put me to buy an Acura since I had a GMC Yukon Denali which I loved. When I came to the dealership I was immediately greeted by Mr. Richard Link who put me at ease which his friendly and cordial demeanor. After looking to purchase a certified used vehicle Mr. Link convinced me that it might be possible to actually lease a brand new 2013 vehicle. After waiting a couple of days I went back to sign the paperwork for my 2013 MDX. Since leasing this vehicle I have been back to see Mr. Link at least (3) times already to go over the technical things involved with this vehicle. Each time Mr. Link has taken the time to go over these little things with me with a smile on his face. Also he has stated that if I have any further questions or concerns that he is available to me. It is service like this that will make me an Acura customer for a very long time. More
