I found the dealership very friendly, it was very easy to warm up to the employees. Kelly Ryder is an exceptional salesman who I felt didn't try to cheat me or sell me short. She was upfront, and any inconveniences I had were immediately taken care of. Everyone was very personable including Shannon Lemon, Frank Ferraro, and Danny Giannotti. The reason I found the car was because of Danny G and his posting on cars.com. I immediately printed out the posting because it said to and bring it to him when you enter the dealership and they'll honor the pricing posted on the website, so that worked out really well. Overall I had a great experience buying my first car! More

I came in one morning to exchange my lease or keep. The customer service, knowledge and friendliness I received from Anthony Rodia and Fernando Gonzalez was above excellent. I initially called over the phone and was tranfered to Mr.Anthony Rodia for sa received from Anthony Rodia and Fernando Gonzalez was above excellent. I initially called over the phone and was tranfered to Mr.Anthony Rodia for sales and leasing advise. He was extremely knowledgeable in the Acura field and was able to answer every single one of my questions without hesitation and with friendlyness even when I knew I was overwhelming him with questions. I then decided to drive to the dealer where I was greeted and welcomed by Mr. Fernando Gonzalez. Mr. Gonzales and Mr. Rodia worked together with such an amazing team work to put together the deal of the purchase of my new car. I have been a customer of Acura for 9 years and I can truly say that these two gentlemen are extremely dedicated to their job. It was the best experience I have ever had in the purchasing a vehicle. I will definetely recommend this dealer and both these sales man to my friends, coworker, clients, and family. Great job and keep employees like Mr. Gonazales and Mr. Rodia around for many years to come. I hope to see them in two years when I purchase my next new car. More

I brought my Acura MDX 2004 in yesterday for a recall notice. While there I asked Sal to change the oil and change snow tires to regular ones, do an inspection and check 2 other minor items. I would buy another Acura just to have him as my service advisor. However, the charge of $110.60 is very high compared with Mavis on Mamaroneck Ave. ( $ 64.38) and Vincents Service station on Fenimore in Mamaroneck ($ 74.74) More
